Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe facilities were clean, but the carpeting and wall color was a bit dark and drab. I feel the room was dated, as most hotel rooms have beds that go all the way to the ground now, but these beds still had space under them. And I know that gets dusty and difficult to clean. The rooms felt clean, though. The furniture was brown and basic, nothing streamlined or sleek. And the hallway carpets had stains.
My kids had fun swimming in the pool and using the hot tub for a few minutes. We enjoyed a good dinner and I had a yummy drink.

United StatesThe handicap bathroom did not have a tall toilet. The beds were worn down and uncomfortable. The carpeting was badly stained in the hallways and the elevator flooring was horrible. The refrigerator in the room did not fit in the cabinet, every time you pulled on the door it nearly fell out of the cabinet.

United StatesThe room was nice and clean. The staff was very sweet and customer service was great. The pool and hot tub were a nice relaxing addition to our stay. It wasn't very large but was indoor and that was ok for us, it didn't affect our experience. We thoroughly enjoyed it. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

United StatesIce maker was out of order on my floor. So ice had to be asked were to find, and it was in a locked room on lobby floor. Three exercise machines didn't work, television at bar didn't work, the commode made sounds all night interrupting my sleep, The $15 per person breakfast price was too steep. I had to ask for coffee in the lobby, it wasn't clear that it wasn't free for patrons. The coffee maker in the room malfunctioned and had to be replaced. I stayed two nights and I had to ask for towels to be replaced.

United StatesWhere do I start? Arrival: No one in lobby. One small check in desk. One clerk on phone with a confused customer. This took 10 mins. Handed my card and ID and computer would not run. Took forever. Check in was 20 mins in an empty hotel. Bathroom: bath faucet in 237 is coming out of the wall, hanging down Fire alarm! Room fire alarm was painfully loud, to the point of damaging my ears. Alarm went off and on for 10 mins, and then stayed on. I thought it was an accident at first, but decided to exit finally. I could not see a sign to the stairs. I was so disoriented because of how loud the alarms were. I exited in some alley to the side. There was no sign as to which door to go out when I got to the bottom of the stairs. When I went out, I figured out I was at the side of the hotel. I went to the front and saw the firetrucks and others outside. All was resolved in another half hour and we were offered free breakfast. I tell you what - free breakfast when I already had a business breakfast did not feel very fair to me for the hour of chaos and anxiety I had. This hotel is HUGE. I was staying here hoping to bring 140 women May 2025. I did not even talk to the group sales person because of my experience. I went the next day to Fairfield Inn, a beautiful facility, and they offered me $121 per room for my group. I wish I had stayed there. I paid an unreasonable amount for this experience. Hilton Garden Inn usually has a lovely lobby, nice reception area with 3 people sometimes, and they don't have water pipes that burst that set off alarms!

United StatesHilton is nice but the room lay out has the bathroom door when opened blocks exit/entrance to room. Tyler, Texas Super 8 at $50/night is more than twice as nice as room design at the Hilton. Staff at Hilton is superior to Super 8. Room comfort, Hilton comes up short. Shampoo in bottle has the potential to be contaminated. Super 8 has personalized bottles & soap bars.
Coffee in the room is a step up. All staff was a pleasure to meet. Breakfast, coffee in lobby was excellent. Staff showed they were a happy group of individuals working together to make sure our visit was pleasant.
