Breakfast pricing was a bit confusing at first (it's not complimentary). Honestly at first it's confusing about how breakfast works in general, because it's a different system than other hotels. With the exception of the omelet (hearty and delicious), some menu items' portions could have been a bit bigger in our opinion (definitely not enough to satisfy a man's appetite). Adding the all you can eat "cold" buffet (fruit/yogurt/pastry, etc) seemed too pricey at $15. Some patrons just wanted one bowl of fruit and a yogurt to go with their hot menu item, and it's not worth paying an additional $15...a little frustrating how that works. Everything tasted fresh and good though! The 24 hour market could use an even bigger assortment of toiletries and necessities, but what was there was very appreciated! Lastly I personally wish there was complimentary coffee all day. With all the above being said/suggested, we loved our stay, staff was wonderful, and plan to be back!

Really beautiful, comfortable, and very spacious lobby and lounging area. We were very impressed with the hotel and rooms in general, inside and out. Very convenient 24 hour in-house market for food and necessities. Very clean pool and pool area, hot tub a nice amenity, and super nice gym. Our waitresses at breakfast each day were so nice and took very good care of us. The built in dispensers of soap and lotion in bathroom were awesome. We enjoyed our 5 day stay, and definitely would come back next year!

The pillows were very flimsy. The hallways have no AC, so it's super hot waiting for the elevator. The breakfast is not complimentary, you have to pay for it separately from your stay.

1 of the reason I rented at this location was for the pool and jacuzzi. When taking my daughter i notice the pool area was not keep up as for as it being maintained and clean. I had ask stuff to see if the can going around the pool with the neat get all the bug and whatever on top of the water IT NEVER HAPPENED

Front desk friendly, the weekend night life was awesome. Music was playing amd people was having a great time at the bar. Morning breakfast was on point and the serves was better then more restaurants.

Friendly check-in by Erin. A staff member went out of his way to assist me accessing my room when my card didn't seem to work. Nate the bartender was nice to chat with. Breakfast the next morning was also very good.

Did not have towels replaced daily. Needed to ask at reception (which they graciously provided) Door keycard kept deactivating. Used digital key via Hilton app after several returns to front desk to reactivate cards. There is no safe in the room.

Was tidy with friendly staff. Close enough to the highways for easy track into Tampa! The pool was a good size for our team. The room was spacious enough! Breakfast was great.

Young adults in groups hanging around parking lot and hallways. Rather unsettling. Room was missing coffee maker.

The location was excellent and I love the layout of the property. Our room was as expected for an extended hotel, meaning room was equipped with kitchen. A suggestion is to included a coffee maker.

The drive in was confusing. You had to drive in to the back of the hotel. It was strange.

A/c was loud.

I would have given this an exceptional rating if the a/c was quieter (was so loud, but it worked!!). The room size was large (bedroom and sitting area—perfect for families). We prepaid for breakfast and it was very good (made to order eggs, waffles, pancakes; coffee wasn’t that good, but over all a great “hotel breakfast”).
