The buffet breakfast was cold. The eggs, sausages and bacon were cooked but not warm/hot. The attendant said all the burners under the food were are the correct temperature setting and could not explain why the food was cold.

The bed was very comfortable, my wife and I slept well. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood without lots of traffic. The bedroom and bathroom were large with lots of space to move around.

Our refrigerator did not work and the bottom sheet would not stay on the bed no matter what we tried due to shallow pockets on a thick mattress.

The kitchen closed at 8:30pm even though the paper that I was given with my room key, said that it was open until 10pm. I had to then order out spending more than I has expected to. The bartender was kinda rude about it. I had to listen to barking darks until after midnight and then was woken up the next morning at 6:27am because the dogs were barking (for a good 15mins). I also had a cold shower being that there was no hot water. I had the water all the way on hot. My boyfriend ended up leaving and not even staying the night. I booked the hotel to celebrate his birthday and he didn't even stay the night. When it was time to get ready to check out, I took the bedsheets and pillow cases and put them in a pile next to the door (I do this wherever I stay, I know it helps housekeeping) and bagged the garbage up as well and placed it next to the front door. When I saw the mattress, it was covered in yellow stains leaving one to think that they're urine stains, I felt so disgusted thinking about having slept on pee stains all night. This was not a great experience, I honestly feel like my $400+ was a big waste, money I won't get back. I did let the front desk attendants know (twice) about how upset that I was. I did ask to speak to a manager but I was told that there are none on the weekends. The front desk attendant even said that I had looked exhausted, that says alot. I have video footage showing the bedstains. I was definitely upset with this whole experience.

The property was under construction, which was good they were updating the roof, however we were not notified there was major construction going on prior, we found out when we drove up and it made parking a nightmare because it was limited due to all the dumpsters and roped off areas. The crew working weren't a bother though. Just the parking.

The people at the front desk, mainly the gentleman, I believe his name was Eugene was the nicest. He was super friendly and helpful.

The hot tub jets were broken and the water wasn’t very hot. The continental breakfast is expensive and not worth it. There is an air freshener automatically sprayed every few minutes flooding the halls with an artificial floral smell.

We liked the pool and the comfortable beds. The lobby is very modern and beautiful.

I did not like third party who sold me the room. I feel I was deceived and am not happy. They advertised my booking included breakfast when it did not. I will have to call them now and let them know how I feel. Hopefully they will make it right and issue me a credit.
