How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

One of our sinks was clogged and one bathroom mirror light was burnt out. The shower seal wasn’t great and the floor infront of the shower was yet. There was also a large water damage on the ceiling.
The staff was so friendly. We had an amazing, beautiful large king room that had ample room. Breakfast was delicious.

Comfortable hotel, very clean rooms, and friendly staff. Enjoyed a very fresh, tasty breakfast. The public areas were attractive and comfortable for lounging. Nice pool, too, although we didn't have time to swim.

tv didn’t work and was told twice maintenance would be up to fix and no one showed either time. had happy hour sign up so went down to enjoy and was told there was no happy hour.
it was clean and lots of counter space in room and bathroom.

Breakfast not included with stay and wifi was confusing and included charges
Very clean and comfortable spacious rooms. Garden area offers seating, secure location, and well kept.

Room itself was quite nice. We had to call maintenance because television had been disconnected from cable/streaming. Maintenance worked quickly and politely. The cold shower water was the reason for our rating. Switching rooms at 7 am is not really a solution, nor is having to complete a form to complain when you need to leave. We felt some type of compensation was in order.

Price for the room was a little high based on size of room.

No breakfast was offered. Hallways smelled. Hard to get the key to open the door. Price seemed to be excessive. Water in tub wouldn’t drain. Toilet would not barely flush.

Nothing! Everything was above my expectations!
The layout of the room was fabulous and so spacious! Bathroom was large! Everything was clean and in good shape! Digital key was great!

We chose this hotel partially because it showed there was a hot tub in your photos and then when we arrived, no hot tub , which was deceiving and disappointing . We also weren’t notified ahead of time that we wouldn’t get a key to our room and weren’t offered anything for this massive inconvenience as well as safety and security concern, we probably would have gone to another hotel if we would have known we were going to be escorted every time we needed back in the room and there wasn’t even enough people working to do all of that. I understand the computers were down but the hotel did nothing for paying customers to make up for all of these issues. There was no one at the front desk for a while when we arrived at 11:00pm as they were taking people to rooms to let them in and were clearly understaffed and overwhelmed. The parking lot was packed and we were originally told there wasn’t any overbooking so parking wouldn’t be an issue. We also weren’t told there was a massive wedding the next day so we left for breakfast and then came back and couldn’t find a parking spot at all. The room was fine but there was only one cup for coffee, and the pillows were very uncomfortable and we could hear everytime someone left their room and walked up and down the hall it sounded so loud and echoed in our room like someone was knocking on the door.
Location was fine, lobby was clean, room and bed was clean.

No dairy cream for coffee. Only non dairy creamer available Bedding was very hot and didn’t breathe. The flat sheet didn’t have hardly any overhang on the sides of the bed. I don’t want the comforter directly against my skin and the flat sheet was smaller than the comforter. It seemed like they either had the wrong sized sheet or else the sheet supplier had cut corners and used less fabric to make the sheet. The comforter was very hot and didn’t breathe, and I was throwing it off all night and trying to find the small flat sheet. I stay in hotels all the time for work and some are comfortable bedding and some sleep hot. This location sleeps hot.
Clean, well maintained and staff was friendly. My room was ready so they let me check in early which was nice.

Dripping shower head, would not stop. Very disappointed no hot tube that was advertised. Expect better from Hilton
