The view from the bedroom was supposed to view pool view but it was partial view. In front of the room there is a company selling contruction stuff, and the other part of the view was the roof of the hotel

The bartender the first night told us they had no coffee for our dessert so we cancelled it. She told us they have coffee in our rooms. The second night we had a great bartender and she made us coffee so we could have dessert . She even gave us a carafe of it to take to our room.

Breakfast was wonderful it came hot and coffee was plentiful.

The room had a few things out of place. In the shower, the metal plate over the drain was leaning against the wall and not in its proper place. The microwave glass tray was lying on the counter. On the balcony, one of the two chairs looked like someone stood on it and put their foot through the seat, making it unusable.

No breakfast, we only got four channels on the TV in our room and one of them was Spanish. For the amount of money we paid I would think we would get a better selection of channels.

The beds are hard, which is good for some, but I like soft beds. The TV had a speaker problem. Sound kept going in and out. The location was a bit farther from downtown than we liked.

I liked the cleanliness the best. The service was good. It smelled really nice in the lobby when you walked in.

Had to walk too far to get to the room and ice machine was the other end of the hall from our room. My husband and I are senior citizens and have difficulty walking long distances so this put a real strain on getting anywhere. Also what is the point of having to pay a parking fee when you have already paid a small fortune to stay in the hotel?

Breakfast was good and our waitress was outstanding.

The sprinkler system covered our rental car with sticky splotches; very hard to get off.

Weird layout. Bizarre small window in room. Cold ugly floors in room. Didn’t realize there was a pool until we drove out.

No breakfast there but nice suggestions from staff. Perfect location.

I booked it at the booking.com. During the check-in the hotel charged me more than it was planned - during the reservation at booking.com it was suggested that I upgrade the room for free (I did not request the upgrade), and it was upgraded. The hotel 1.) charged us for the room upgrade 2.) charge us for the pet which we did not have. And - they charged us twice. When I noticed, I talked to the staff and they refunded me the unnecessary charges, but it wasn't a pleasant conversation - they blamed me.

It's close to downtown.

$20 for parking and breakfast was not included. I specifically “searched “ for a hotel that included breakfast. I was very surprised that breakfast was an additional $16 per person for breakfast. This was especially disappointing after the parking fee.

We wanted to have a drink at the bar before we left (around 4 p.m.) but the bar wasn’t open. That’s where the football we wanted to watch was on. The front desk staff let us buy beers from the “store” and sit there. Then when we got back (around 10 p.m.), the bar wasn’t open closed. Again, staff let us buy beers and sit at the bar. Then the bartender was great and ended up serving two of us (the ladies) a glass of wine and a cordial. Could only buy bottles at the store. We were taken care of in the end but disappointed that the bar hours weren’t extended on a Saturday night.

One side faced what looked like a salvage yard. Our balcony was not really a balcony but an extension of the roof.
