The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Comfortable beds. Even though we hated paying for our breakfast, Chris was super.

Towels were not cleaned well. Flecks of other people hair were trapped in fibers. I checked it folded on the shelves and it was gross. Bathroom had no fan, and walls were damaged with water damage that they painted over. The shower rod was poorly rehung and the curtain wouldn’t stay on the ends of the tub

I know it's not something the hotel staff can really control, but there were several rooms that were extremely loud and noisy on my floor necessitating a few calls to front desk to ask for them to call and quiet down. Also, there was a fairly large crack in the wall of the shower that made me nervous to shower, so I just washed at the sink as best I could, and then showered at work.

I needed a hotel close to work due to the inclement weather, and this hotel was a 4 minute drive from my job. The room was better than expected, and the welcome on the tv screen was a nice touch. I stay in Atlantic City fairly often, and no hotel I've stayed at there ever offered that. Might not seem like much, but it was a pleasant surprise.

When booking was made, I thought it offered a free continental breakfast and found it was not so. Instead there was a $21.50 per person breakfast. Felt info was misleading.

TV had a problem but a person was immediately sent to the room and it was solved.

Hot tub was freezing cold and using the hot tub/heated pool was one of the reasons we booked the hotel for the night.

The breakfast waiter we had 3 mornings in a row was not skilled at her job in any sense of the word. I feel awful saying that because maybe she was just doing the best she could but I do not think that specific job is best suited for her. The coffee pots were empty every single morning that are located in the breakfast area. We waited for about 10 minutes while we ordered breakfast the first morning but had to ask the front desk clerk to get somebody from the kitchen to replenish the carafes. Another guest asked the second morning and we asked again the 3rd day. I would have gladly had a tea instead but there wasn't any hot water either.

The lounge area was quaint and the lady tending bar while we were there was amazing, friendly and funny. Waffles were very tasty at breakfast!

The breakfast was good, my husband had breakfast I didn't. The staff was so friendly and nice and helpful loved them! Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable. My husband was in the hot tub he loved that. We would definitely stay again!
