Location close to my medical appointment

The room had an odor of old perfume. The room was located next to the bank of elevators and I heard them until 10:30 pm and again starting at 6:00 am. Carpet was stained.

Love how close it is to the hospital..

Didn't like the light beside the bed. It's too close to the bed and partially hangs over the bed. Very easy to hit your head on. Pillows are super flat and very uncomfortable.

Great location for Mayo Clinic access as well access to restaurants and shops. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Very good sound insulation between rooms and floors. Comfortable beds. Good water pressure and good quality of water.

On the East side road noise from Broadway was bad. Windows have nearly zero sound dampening and apparently loud mufflers on cars, trucks and motorcycles are very popular in Rochester. This is particularly evident in the evening. Does die down before midnight. Rooms are pretty dated with some unusual plumbing occurrences during stay where drain pipe water came up into shower leaving black pipe debris in shower. Happened twice and we were given a new room. Both rooms showers had dual sliding glass doors with only one side operational. This meant to turn on the shower you had to enter shower and reach as far as possible to not be sprayed with cold water other than on arm when turning on. Area under non-operating door was not cleanable and it was in need of a cleaning.

Love how close it was to walk to Mayo clinic.

Pool was very cold, room next to the road was noisy.

Walking distance to Mayo, clean, friendly staff, nice neighborhood, shopping & restaurants near bye.

The server whose name tag said "Darth Vader" was the BEST part about our stay. She took the time to talk with us, make sure we were comfortable and happy with our food, and wished us well at my daughter's appointments at Mayo that day. No one else went out of their way to welcome us or just gave us one or two word answers. But Darth Vader? She is someone we will remember for a very long time. She was AMAZING!

When we got off the elevators around 5pm to go to our room, there was an old room service tray and food sitting outside the elevators. It smelled terrible and it was sitting there until the morning. We had previously stayed at the other Hilton for a Mayo stay for our daughter, but had wanted to try the Garden Hilton since it seemed more center to getting to/from appointments. The Garden Hilton just didn't seem as clean or "happy" as our other stay.

Breakfast was excellent with excellent service. The location was perfect for my visit at the Mayo Clinic.

Location was perfect for appointments at Mayo Clinic. The staff were funny and professional- so very helpful and nice. Shuttle service/valet were amazing! I won't stay anywhere else ever again!

Maybe add something complimentary other than bathroom supplies, would have been the only thing I'd prefer.

I liked being so close to Mayo Clinic and having the ability to use the skyway.

I would have preferred to pay at the end of my trip.
