Temperature of water in the shower was too cold. It takes 15 minutes to get barely warm water. Noise from the highway. Price of breakfast is unjustified.

The check in were late because the rooms were not ready. My fitted sheet on my king bed was too small.The television was difficult to navigate. The clock was not set because someone broke the knob when we got there. The hot tub was not hot. The restaurant in the area had a hard time communicating with Grub Hub.

The staff was accommodating. I received my free breakfast, and the amenities were decent. For the price I paid and availability, it was decent.

There was only one soap put in the room by the sink. There was an empty slot for the body wash in the shower. Also the breakfast was expensive.

The hotel was well-maintained and had great amenities like a pool and gym, plus they welcome pets, which is a nice touch. The staff was outstanding—super friendly and always ready to help with anything you needed. Check-in was a breeze, and Felix at the front desk really stood out; he made sure my stay was enjoyable and even offered a complimentary upgrade. Getting to the city was quick, with a bus that runs every hour, taking just 20 minutes to Manhattan. My room was clean and spacious, and even though I could hear the highway a bit, the comfy beds made it easy to fall right asleep.

The hotel doesn’t have a proper restaurant which doesn’t allow a proper dining experience.

As a Hilton property, they must prove their commitment towards customer. As we reach hotel at 3pm which is our check in time. But the room was not ready. And they ask some more time. So we left and roamed around and came back at 6 pm. Even we were so tiered as we took 15 hours flight to reach new york and more 3 hours to reach hotel Once we are back at the hotel at 6 pm again, they ask for more time. Which make me burst on them

Location of hotel is really good as you can get direct bus to times square. Port authority bus stop. 167Q. Which is really convenient to move around

Breakfast was alright but we loved location as we stayed in around greenery far from bustling cities but because of direct bus to new York it made our stay quite convenient, I would specially like to appreciate staff who were quite supportive & accomodating, specially Felix who is very welcoming & warm & kind. I diren’t like I got the offer for free breakfast and when I was there! They said I got the pacific one the it meant only cold items and fruits they as a courtesy they gave me full breakfast service but it never show me the 2 options here on booking or the difference for the tipe of breakfast
