I did not like the fact, then it said free breakfast vouchers, and the breakfast was priced way too high. We still had to pay the difference of the price of the food that didn't make any sense.Whatsoever i also expected to have a double room, not having the couch facing the bed.That was odd

We were unable to control the temperature in the room. The room was recently redone and the staff did not have the code to "unlock" the temperature control unit. It was loud at night and I preferred to simply open the window.

It was not cleared that breakfast was available for PURCHASE. If we had known we would have gone elsewhere for breakfast or had something other than a quick cereal, I paid over $40 for 3 people.

Property allows pets which is very nice, we traveled with 2 dogs and a kitten so this was important to us.

The AC was having a hard time cooling down the bedroom. The breakfast was set up late. The swimming pool opened two hours late and was dirty. We were not given our breakfast vouchers when we checked in the night before. We expected much more from Hilton.

There was access to nearby coffee shops and restaurants.

The ice machine didn't work on my floor and the parking lot was far away from the hotel

There was missing items in the room. Beds did not fit bed frames. There was still trash left from from previous guests. Restaurant/breakfast hours not accurate.

Facility is dated. Carpet had stains, footstool worn, bathroom door warped and stuck when shut completely. The day we checked out, there was no hot water so it was either a cold shower or none. We reported it and the desk clerk said they were aware and working on it. I understand that this is a big issue and can’t be fixed quickly but we were offered no compensation, so we paid full price to not have a hot shower available.

Location is great, room large, bed comfortable. The pool looked great although we didn’t use it because weather was quite cool.

The distance from lobby to the rooms are far away for people with problems of walking. Even though I asked for a room nearest to the door.

The building and facilities are a bit outdated. The door to my room didn't close properly. Mattress was hard and lumpy. The room is very small for the price. Parking and the walk with all your bags is a hassle.

The location was nice, very close to my corporate office. The pool and jacuzzi had a nice layout. The air conditioner in the room worked phenomenal.

Long walk from parking lot back to hotel and charging for any extras. Homeless around and security could have been better. Not great customer service, just turnkey. The Hilton isn't what it used to be, by far.

The room was comfortable and had the basic requirements. It was simply a place to stay on the way to other cities on summer business vacation. There were towers and the usual Hilton branding about. A pool on premises but on the small side.

That the 2nd room was small and no privacy. Just one big room I had rooms 416 and 419. 419 had no door to the bedroom.
