We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

ArgentinaStaff was not very welcoming, and I got ripped off buying a travel size toothpaste at the shop and getting charged way too much for it on my card after I left.
I had a 12 hour layover in Phoenix after traveling all the way from Japan to LA. A couple options with airport shuttle were available, this one looked the less sketchy and for a very small price difference. I was really surprised with the size and comfort of the room and the amenities offered, wished I didn't need to take an early flight the next day.

MexicoThe young lady at the reception desk spoke so fast that I understood perhaps 30%. I mean, she had my non-US passport in hand. A hotel rececption employee should adapt to the guests. The area around is a bit sad. There no more restaurant option. But this is clearly not the fault of the hotel. Just a warning.
Clean and spacious room, well equipped. Good Internet. The restaurant/bar are OK, people are very kind. Transport from and to the airport was also OK. Waiting time at the airport 30 minutes between call and pickup is acceptable. Room was quite as requested.

It was close to the airport and they had a 24 hour shuttle service which was nice since I had to be at the airport by 5 a.m. The room was quite large and had a very nice bathroom. King bed was very comfortable.

Great location. We were in town for a concert/game and decided to stay at this location from a previous trip in a May. Hotel is great stay for money spent. The only negative thing is hotel does not offer basics such as coffee in the mornings as many chains do. They charge for breakfast but coffee is not too much to ask. Only option is the coffee pods in rooms.
