We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesI had a walk in shower that was considered a handicap room but that is not true. Just a walk in shower, no raised toilet, no handicap rails and no lowered peep hole. The room was good but not handicap friendly. Need to relabel the room.

United KingdomIf I'm being really picky, a water bottle filling station, they only had a fountain which was tricky to fill water bottles up with.
It's in a safe location, with ample free parking, and is a 25 minute drive from the Stanton Island Ferry. The hotel is immaculately clean overall and the room was very modern with a good TV and shower. The beds were comfortable, breakfast was absolutely superb with a great selection of food and a chef who cooked delicious omelettes and any type of egg you wanted, it really set us up for the day.

United StatesI Had to wait for front desk to stop answering phones to get checked in. Suggest back up answering system so they can greet guest and check them in. Parking, many events going on the weekend we stayed hard to park. Suggest holding an area of parking for hotel guest only. Breakfast was expensive for what was offered and the coffee horrible. Hotel Managers need to be cautious of conversations and talking about their employees work ethics in front of guest.
