The hotel has great potential, but there are a few areas that could use improvement. Addressing the odor and updating the carpet would significantly enhance the overall experience. Additionally, replacing the showerhead would greatly improve guests' comfort. Implementing simple touches, like placing fresh towels in the hallways and rooms, could also create a more inviting atmosphere. With these adjustments, the hotel could truly shine.

The property offers ample space, and the staff provides excellent service. There is a bar available on-site, and while breakfast is not included, the restaurant serves a variety of meals you can order.

Bathroom door would be better with a prop to hold it open so it can air out after a shower. I don't believe there was a fan in the bathroom.

The room was spacious with a king bed. We easily to change the temperature to a cooler level. The room was very clean. The dining area was nice and we enjoyed the quick grab items at the store. The location was great and easy to travel to my relatives home. Coffee and water in the room was also nice.

There was one thing I found lacking. In comparable hotels that I’ve stayed at complimentary coffee, tea, and water was available all day long. You only had water available. I like being able to come back to the hotel after a long day being out and grabbing a cup of hot tea to take back to my room. You might want to consider doing something like that.

The cost of parking is a bit outrageous considering there is plenty. Our room had a somewhat plugged sink. The tv operation was clunky.

Had a gnat problem in the bathroom shower. Before you book says breakfast included but you have to pay for it when you get there.

I did not enjoy speaking to the front desk on my stay for Saturday 8/3/24. Ariana was SUPER rude and made it uncomfortable. When calling to see about early check in (I did twice about 10am and again at 2, she answered the phone and was rude and it was apparent she was not wanting to talk on the phone. I was not looking forward to checking in. Otherwise, the staff was pleasant.

Close to the festival I was going to and clean.

The elevator was out of order on our first day and we didn't have towels in our room. The staff and maintenance were terrific and fixed everything quickly.

The morning breakfast was great. The pool is always refreshing. And the staff are incredible

We weren’t told that we had to request housekeeping to clean our room. When we checked in the person wasn’t aware that our stay included breakfast even though it was part of our reservation.

I did not like that when I called the front desk to ask if a technician could come to my room to service the TV. Nobody ever came . I ended up just casting from my iPad. During my check out the young lady was super annoyed because she was alone.

I liked that the property was clean. The room appeared well kept and updated.

My reservation thru booking didn’t show up at first…they the staff found it. One of the male bartenders was annoyed and wasn’t very friendly. The pool was not welcoming and the spa was not hot at all. We were hoping to use it and didn’t.
