Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesMy first room had a window that was half covered by a large white blob that looked dirty, and obscured the view. I asked about it and they said it was condensation between the pains. The room seemed a little in disrepair as well, I asked for a room change, and then was moved to a much nicer room, which was good.
the room was pleasant and spacious and with a Nice view of the trees. The restaurant food was good. Breakfast food was good and the service was excellent! Anne and Violeta were so helpful and friendly. A+! I was perfectly happy with my stay there, after my initial, not very nice room, was changed to a much better one.

United Stateswould have been relaxing, but for the numerous kids and families at the property (soccer tournament) teenage boys running up and down halls, loud talking, tv blaring in room next to us. They were rough-housing in pool and completely unattended by their parents.

United StatesThe toilet made a really loud sound every time you flushed. The A/C would shut off during the night so the room got warm. Only one elevator went to the parking garage so if we caked the elevator and it was the wrong one we'd either have to just let it go or take it down to the first floor, get out, and then call the other one to go down one more floor. It's odd, no one told us that and it's inconvenient. There should be a sign or a way to call that specific elevator. We couldn't tell if breakfast was included in the stay or if it cost money because Saturday the menu said included but Sunday was a whole different menu that didn't say included so we just left to eat elsewhere.
Everyone was friendly. The pool was nice and clean. The room was nice and clean. Three bar in the lobby was great.

United StatesI checked in later and when I first arrived there was no one at the front desk and nothing to indicate when that person would be back. When the front desk person did return, there was no acknowledgment regarding delay and the person was somewhat brusque. My room and other amenities were wonderful

My group was able to snag the table with cushy chairs. The wooden chairs looked uncomfortable.

United StatesWe couldn’t believe that this facility was charging $2 a bottle for water. Wouldn’t you think that would be complimentary? When we checked out we were told that parking in their lot was $10. We were not told when we checked in that we had to pay for parking. We thought withe the price of the room was sufficient without being gouged with petty items.
The location was convenient, quiet and very clean.

United StatesThe stopped to the shower/tub wouldn’t stay up when trying to drain the tub. The pool/hot tub area was a little small so it got full quick.
Loved how clean it was, beds were very comfortable, for a basic room it came with quite a few amenities in the room itself.

United StatesThe linen’s didn’t smell fresh, they didn’t smell bad exactly, it’s hard to explain. Kids were running around in the hallway for a few, but stopped after about 5 minutes, and quiet the rest of the time. And they sent me a text checking on the room, but after I was already in bed. I had to be up early because I was part of a car cruise and had a lot of driving to do.
Location was perfect, right next to the freeway. I loved the setting amongst all the trees. Very beautiful place.

ArmeniaThey made the parking paid which is not makes sense because they did not add any service any new stuff like security and more responsibility for your car. They just charge money even on the very open part of the parking were anyone can step in and broke/stole something. By the way the Hilton chain made parking paid for all the hotels at least in this area.
I like the location and rooms. The hotel is clean and comfortable.

United StatesWith the amount you spend for one night you’d think their breakfast bar would be free. No signage saying you had to pay for the continental breakfast. As I was leaving I found out I had to pay $15 for food that wasn’t that great. Fruit that wasn’t ripe, cereal, yogurt, and muffins. Free breakfast at other hotels is 10 times better than their $15 gas station quality food. I ended up just spending more money on room service for food that actually was edible.
Clean and friendly staff. Restaurant food was good quality.

United StatesNot enough towels in the room. Saturday the pool towels were all falling apart. They were way past needing to be replaced. Sunday morning there were no pool towels in the pool area at all, which was actually better because when I asked the front desk housekeeping brought bathroom towels which were much nicer.
Coffee and water in the lobby are a nice touch. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
