United StatesMy stay was great until I checked out I didn't get the room rate I was over charged. The desk clerk said she couldn't fix it the office would have fix it. Once I got home I checked my charges to find out I was charged twice for the room different amounts. Desk clerk said she could not fix charge I would have to call back on Monday for Management to fix. Called Monday clerk on duty told me that was the correct charge $664.56. Should have been $603.56 minus $50.00 for incidentals. I was charged $603.56 and a additional $664.56 on my credit card and no one was willing reverse charge on my account. I can't believe the desk clerk cannot reverse the charges and have to rely on customer to call back after leaving hotel to resolve problem. I left my phone number with clerk for Management to call me to resolve this issue.

United StatesThe night shift crew were not very pleasant. They all had faces that looked like they hated their job. The guy in the "restaurant" didn't even smile. He barely spoke. Which is fine. The worst thing here was the hidden fees. Not only did they charge me an extra $50 for a deposit that I should get back today, but they also charged me $32 to park my car overnight. You had no other choice but to let them. There was no other parking. There was no complementary water in the room for the coffee. There was still a small dirty towel hanging on the shower curtain. Other than that, the beds were clean and fresh, at least. I can honestly say that I will never come back here again. The area where the valet looks like someone kicked their door in. It didn't even have a door handle. I mean, it's not horrible here, but it's definitely not worth the $225 just for one night stay on a week day.

United StatesI was there on a government business trip for my job. That didn’t give me government pay ratings When we first made it there after a long travel. We checked in and once we made it to our room the room was dirty, the bed looked like it had been laid in, there were beer cans in our room and dirty towels left in the bathroom. I had to call down and let them know what was going on. Everything was by card because they didn’t take cash which I wasn’t told till I made it there.. I had to pay for valet parking and didn’t know. I had to overdraft my card in order to pay for everything because all I had was cash. They charged my card $548 but put on the receipt that I paid $491.55. Also I had to pay $50 Just in case the room was damaged that I didn’t know about.
Even though breakfast was added some kind of way to our stay we didn’t eat breakfast not 1 day. We ate out and bought a few groceries.
