Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The staff was amazing especially the front desk attendant Saturday and Sunday morning. The waitress from Saturday and Sunday morning and Saturday evening were great too. The hotel was bright, clean and close to activities.

United StatesThe sofa bed mattress was horrible, the mattress was busted and the inside material was brown. I had to request extra linen to have my son feel comfortable. I had maintenance take a look and I was told a new sofa bed would need to be purchased the mattress was unable to be changed.
The staff was beyond helpful. Each staff member was extremely friendly and pleasant! Everyone especially the front desk attendant from Saturday and Sunday morning and the waitresses from Saturday and Sunday morning and evening!

United StatesThe beer could have been colder at the hotel bar. And change the oil that the pork tenderloins are fried in.
We left shortly before checkout and I saw the housekeepers in the hallway, we didn’t even get to the stop light and I realized I forgot my jewelry box that had over $1200 worth of jewelry in it. We turned around and the housekeeper was waiting for the elevator when I stepped off to take it to the front desk! I was so thankful, I thanked her like 10 times. Good honest people.

United StatesBreakfast bar for $12 was no different than any other hotel would offer - hot food offering was powder scrambled eggs and bacon/turkey sausage. No oatmeal except instant, all the rest is exactly what I’d expect as a breakfast included in my room charge, not an additional charge. This was my only disappointment - next day I went out for a decent breakfast (there was a nice brunch restaurant across the street) where the value is far better and the quality of food way better.
Property was good - clean, well staffed, and friendly.

United StatesMy only complaint is that there is no free breakfast. Most hotels (even cheap low budget places) provide a free breakfast. The food was good but as we were eating, several people came to the dining area thinking the same thing.
The front desk staff sent a text to my phone after check in to make sure everything with the room was good. I really thought that was a nice gesture.

United StatesRude customer service and Hotel kept charging my debit card and could not tell me why because they claim they could not see the charges on their side. When I showed them the charges they advised to dispute with bank. They got frustruated because I wanted to know why there were charges from the hotel and they could not explain. I was told they could not help me and refused to discuss. Lara in customer service is very rude and appeared to be racist. I did not see her talking to anyone else like that.
