Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesBreakfast is $10/per person. Reasonable, I guess, but kind of petty to charge for breakfast AND require a $50 incidental fee. You end up paying twice what your reservation cost was for the room after they tack on incidentals and breakfast. Makes a good deal not so good anymore.
The gentleman at the front desk was the perfect example of how people in the hospitality industry should treat everyone who walks through their doors. I didn't get his name, but I wish I would have so I could tell his boss to give him a promotion and let him train all current and future employees. My reservation had all kinds of issues due to my bank. At any other hotel, I would have been turned away and lost the money I spent on the reservation. This man turned what would have been a stressful, agonizing situation, into a pleasant, stress-free transaction that took less than 2 minutes! I can't thank him enough! You're the best!

We only had pastries and coffee for breakfast due to an early boarding for cruise. Lobby was nice and staff was friendly. Nice rooms. Small grill but was able to find something for dinner-didn't have to go find a restaurant.

United StatesThe staff was amazing. I didn’t have any concerns. The only thing that we didn’t like was that Booking never sent the hotel our reservation so they couldn’t find us in their system. But after about an hour the staff rectified the situation and gave us our room anyway. When we called Booking they wanted us to rebook and pay the rates again before they would give us a refund on the room they screwed up on. We were pretty furious with Booking and will probably be booking through Expedia from now on!
