    I booked two rooms and one of the rooms was a handicap room it was a little odd for me

    Well I had trouble with my key to get in my room had to go down and three times before the fixed it.

    Great location for what I was doing. Was very clean. The staff was friendly when I arrived.

    Having to pay for breakfast. Nothing special! Room was plenty. Should have been included. Should automatically have towel pickup daily!

    Afternoon, I would like to know if I will receive my refund as I mentioned there are 2 occasions when the same thing happened to me (paying 2 times for 1 room for 1 day) and the truth is that I think it is very fair that if they promised that they would refund me the amount now I should have received it.

    Pool wasn't completely available. Breakfast lady gets too confused and tried charging us even though we included the cost in the room, and she messed up my relatives the same way. Access to the elevator is quite a walk. You can hear music from the event center next door all night and can't sleep. Not worth $160 a night

    Called several times before reaching front desk. Television did not work, and night clerk said she would send someone to check it out, but no one showed up. Just went to bed. I had booked online, but reservation was not found until I took another 30 minutes to call Booking.com for assistance. Clerk was very courteous and helpful, but I was disappointed that somehow the reservation confirmation was not recognized at the hotel, so I had to wait to get to the room

    The problem with the property is the ac in the lobby doesn’t work and the jets for the hot tub didn’t work we contacted the desk but no help getting it fixed

    Extra unexpected charges Rooms were not what I booked Rebecca at the front desk is rude and a liar

    I believe the waitress at the restaurant in this hotel, was maybe the only pleasant one. She was a sweetheart.

    I had pre-paid on booking.com, but the staff tried to run my credit card three times within less than 12 hours, not for an incidental fee, but for the entire room charge. When we went to check out, the desk clerk told us that we still owe for the room. This was a bit embarrassing, since others where trying to check out at the same time. We showed the clerk our booking.com reservation, at the time of checking in, this was the same clerk in the morning checking us out. This caused a block to be put on my account, also making us late for our flight back out to Denver. Please train your staff on how to check in a guest, when the guest is using a booking sight.

    *shower pressure.... *no exhaust fans in the shower area *Killed 5-6 bugs/beetles in the entrance/bathroom floor area *found a female's hair rubber band on the carpet floor

    The girl with the ball cap was rude and looked and acted unprofessional. Charged me twice even though I told her we had already checked in and I just needed cards. She argued with me then took my debit card and ID and left me standing there for 10 min. She didn't want to be there and it showed. She was never at the front desk and sitting in the lobby with the live band they had. We asked to complain and they told us she was the manager's daughter. Also, no towels were clean and available when we needed them. The fridge in our room was broken and she didn't care it smelt so bad!!! The asst manager and her helper on Sunday were great with getting my charges and rates fixed.

    It was a good location. The breakfast ladies were very nice.

    All the above could be added too but I fear my complaint will not be taken on board

    Front desk young lady who wore red stud earrings was beyond RUDE firstly I thought it maybe dare I say because we had done a walk in and we were elderly couple from UK but next morning I had to tell young manager lady on duty about her employee and she informed me that they had had several complaints about her our door wouldn't open so my husband had to go back down and fetch her to open our door up SHE made sure we felt a BOTHER it was shameful behaviour towards a guest SHE definitely doesn't like people and should NEVER have been given a job in your hotel
