United StatesPillows need replacing. As soon as you lie down they go flat even with multiple pillows stacked. The deadbolt to the door didn’t work and someone was supposed to come fix it, but they never did. Room was clean except for hairs all over the bathroom that weren’t ours.
Hotel is beautifully decorated, great location, nice sized rooms.

AustraliaRooms only cleaned, towels changed etc. Every two days. I had to add a day became flight was cancelled and I didn't get fresh towellls on the second last day so they went for three days. The restaurant at night for dinner was hit and miss. I had two good meals and then a different chef was on and I had to send my meal back. One night it was just a pizza and it was not cooked even though it took 50 minutes to receive.
Good breakfast. Michael on front desk really welcoming and friendly every time you went through reception.

I checked in and went to the room but couldn’t stay because it was moldy and my husband is seriously allergic to mold. They would not let us have another room and late at night we had to find and pay for another hotel. We were charged and cannot get our money back.
