That the breakfast is not included, that’s the only reason that I put a 9, you need to pay $12 per person each morning to eat eggs. I booked at least 1 month prior and when I checked one day before we got there, the price of the Hotel was cheaper than one month early, it was a surprise for me.

Everything was good, the front desk people are very kind, the Hotel is comfortable, nice and clean.

The best part was the location, it was walking distance to my sister's place. The staff was amazing, we took the shuttle bus to Biscuits for breakfast and I left my purse in the van. My husband immediately called and he was told that they had the purse. The bed was extremely comfortable, clean soft towels. I would definitely be returning.

⸻ **“Unfortunately, my experience with the property was disappointing due to the poor customer service I received at the front desk. I was met with rudeness from the staff upon arrival, and when they called the manager, she was even more disrespectful. She told me the restaurant would open at 6 PM, and I let her know my girlfriends would be coming over for food and drinks. After taking a short nap, I woke up to find everything closed. On top of that, when I handed her my ID, she slammed it back down on the desk, which was completely unprofessional. I had also paid for an upgraded room, only to be moved and placed in what seemed to be the exact same type of room at a higher price. That said, I do want to highlight that the housekeeping and kitchen staff were incredibly kind and helpful—very different from the experience I had at the front desk. Their friendliness and professionalism didn’t go unnoticed and made a big difference during my stay. One question I do have: What happens to all the extra food when the restaurant unexpectedly closes? It would be great to know how that’s handled.

I really liked that the property is so conveniently located—it’s close to the mall and within walking distance to nearly everything I need. The location makes everyday errands and outings super easy and accessible

I would expect to have a free continental breakfast for the price you pay for the room, but that’s a minor inconvenience.

The staff was friendly and polite. It was very clean. Honestly that’s the most important thing to me, a clean place to stay. My kids loved the pool and I enjoyed lounging next to it and watching them play. I used the fitness room, and I really enjoyed it as well.

The ice machine on our floor was broke. Honestly that’s all I have to say negatively about this hotel! The A/C WORKED AMAZING! For August Texas summer we got cold in our room several times! Not complaining it was great!!! Some hotels do not let you really turn the AC down this hotel def did not disappoint in keeping our room cold!! 🤗

The hotel is located across the street from Stone Briar Mall. It was 150 a night verses 350 at the Hyatt there in the parking lot of Stone Briar. The drive wasn’t half a mile / 2 mins from the mall. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. We did the free breakfast on booking.com and it did not disappoint! I highly recommend this hotel. It worked perfectly for us as were stayed to school shop so we were back and forth and saved money on staying so close to the mall!
