Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThey did not offer a free breakfast. They charged $12.50 per person for a hotel style normally free breakfast. Also hated the bath soap and shampoo in the shower. It was the worst shampoo I have put in my hair. Also the conditioner was empty.

Main areas of the room were clean, but anything that was harder to reach did not appear to be cleaned often. Old food on floor under end table. Spare change under the bed and lighter under the couch(couch is too low to the ground to vacuum under, we just found it while pulling out the bed). Pool area did not look like it was cleaned often. Piles of dirty towels spread around first night, literal shit on pool bathroom floor second day. Breakfast was lacking in options, no reason to pay $12.50 for minimal selection with the amount of resteraunts around. No hate, just our honest opinion.
