It was a great stay and met my expectations

The valet parking was billed twice and I had to make a couple of calls to rectify, so it shouldn't be that difficult

Great location, right next to UT Austin, the Texas Capitol, and is a walkable distance to downtown and the Colorado River. Friendly staff.

I think the only thing I liked about this hotel was its location, nothing else. Maybe also the fact that it had industrial air conditioning and the room was always cool.

The cost of a room was too high considering the quality-price ratio. I paid $2,200 for seven nights' accommodation with breakfast, being charged every day for ‘city tax’ and ‘state tax’, taxes that in Europe are administered once, not every day. In addition to this huge cost, I was also charged approximately $500 for possible damage, wow. I have never encountered anything like this anywhere in Europe, not even in China, and I have been almost everywhere, but I have never seen anything like this anywhere else. The breakfast was poor, just an omelette with pressed ham, a normal omelette, fried potatoes, some pan-fried vegetables, bacon almost burnt in oil and some small sausages that were good. As for fruit, there were only apples and, depending on the day, if you were lucky enough to get there at breakfast time, melon or pineapple. There was cereal with milk, but many of us had been weaned off it + we didn't want to consume all the sugar in American cereals. The window didn't open, and in the morning, starting at 6:00 a.m., the workers came to the construction site next door and you couldn't sleep because of the noise they made. The room wasn't cleaned properly, and I'll show you that because I took a picture of my socks after wearing them for a few hours in the room. The bathroom was bad because you had to turn on two taps at the sink to wash your hands with lukewarm water. The shower head was fixed and you couldn't wash your bottom properly, which is disgusting and annoying for Europeans, because in our country the shower head can be held in your hand. Also, I paid for a room with a view of the Capitol, and the receptionist lied to me that it had a view of the Capitol, but in order to see the Capitol, you had to crane your neck to see it from the window. My room had a door leading to an adjoining room, and I couldn't sleep because of the noise coming from the other room under the door.

The location was perfect for my work trip. It was easy to walk wherever I needed to go. The staff was very friendly, and the restaurant had a good menu.

The valet parking was stupidly expensive.

Its clean, well kept. Staff are friendly and polite.

Breakfast is very pricey. Theres barely an exhaust fan in the bathroom. The water pressure is so weak. Taking a quick shower is impossible.

Hotel was beautiful and location was good

Had lots of issues after my stay and the staff was awful. My credit card got charged twice and I had to call Hilton 3 times to get it fixed. Each time the staff was rude and acted like they were doing me a favor by getting it fixed
