The stay was as expected. One of the elevator cars ( one of two) was out of service and was unusable during our stay which did provide for a bit of a wait time when leaving our room or going up to our room from the ground floor.

The staff was welcoming and friendly. The facilitates were as expected. The location of the hotel was a bit further outside of the city of Austin and required a rental car for transport around to sight-see and experience the city.

The breakfast is not free but is probably on a par with other locations which provide it for free. Only one of the two elevators was working.

Overall a good expereince. Nice facility. Good location just off the 35. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Easy parking.

The pool area is small and it is in a parking lot off the highway. So not really scenic or walkable other than the walking path I mentioned above. Also it was hard for Uber drivers to find our hotel since it was next to a Marriott in the same parking complex. We had to coach them a bit. But we looked at the Marriott and for the price it did not look nearly as nice inside. Overall none of this was really negative for us and we still had a great experience.

Big, clean, comfortable rooms and common areas. We stayed 3 days and enjoyed the freshly made breakfast in the comfortable dining area. There is a really nice walking path with a pond right behind the hotel, so we utilized that and the small gym to stretch our legs. We were in town for a wedding and glad to just have space to spread out and do some remote work between events.

The room door took approximately 38 seconds to fully close even when forcefully pushing it shut. The property pool looked unpleasant. Had to travel to a different floor to gather ice. Had to unplug the room refrigerator into a working outlet.

The hotel is definitely a little older and it shows, especially in the bathroom, where the ventilation wasn't working properly and there was rust on the lamp fixtures and plaster peeling off of the ceiling. The windows are pretty old - and do not keep the noise of I-35 at bay! That was an on-going roar of noise, for which there is a simple fix.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was both friendly and efficient (Maggie in particular). We had an early issue with the phone but that was taken care of promptly on the same day. The location of the property was excellent for us.

WiFi was an additional cost, breakfast was an additional cost. Also the toilet paper under the sink was easy to miss. I’d recommend getting that configured.

The trip would have been perfect except there was a terrible smell in the walkway to the elevator past the front desk. Also the morning breakfast eggs were too rubbery....just over cooked. But you can't fix little things if you are not aware of the problem so all I mentioned is constructive criticism.

There was a resident staying at the hotel who had a dog that bark the entire night. We were unable to get any sleep.
