The drapes in the room had holes in them, and the seams were hanging down at the bottom of the drapes and could’ve been a little bit cleaner found a dirty pair of underwear in the one chair

They didn’t respond to request for a crib. The indoor pool was icy. Housekeeping didn’t refill coffee supplies

The hallways and elevators were dirty. I was very disappointed that the hot tub wasn't working.

I didn’t like the fact that there was a truck depot behind the hotel that is operational 24 hrs a day, and they are quite noisy

Rooms are a bit tired, carpets dingy. Staff conversing loudly in the corridor don't realise they can kill off any chance of having a late sleep.

Good parking, good cafe in the lobby to meet people. The woman who works in the breakfast area is the company's best asset. Hard working, helpful, cheerful and chatty, she is a gem. I hope they pay her really well; she is a great ambassador for the hotel and for the brand.

Very nice. Staff were amazing- after checking out, approximately thirty minutes down the road, we discovered we had left a cooler with over $100 of chocolate from our Hershey visit in the room's fridge. A call to the desk and they verified it was there, and brought it to the front desk for us to return and pick it up.

Our room was above the boiler room and it is broken so the entire time we were there (including overnight) the room vibrated and there was a very loud noise coming from there. It interfered with our sleep.

Location was near food options and the highway.

I liked the pool but wished it was heated. I imagine they get alot of business from skiers etc since blue mountain is only 20 mins away, but after being outdoors all day in the cold, my kids were looking forward to swimming indoors, but water way too cold.

The room was great and facility itself was awesome. Staff was super friendly (especially having to get a new room key at 2am-so helpful)

Shuttle to and from airport was quick and, informative of the area. Restaurant at the hotel was very good. The Limoncello dessert was amazing.

I did not like a local business called Mod Pizzeria across Airport Road from the hotel. The young lady behind the counter had a terrible attitude and insulted me to my face and then laughed at me when I told her I was leaving. She even had the nerve to throw the pizza dough across the food station into the garbage can and tell me I was miserable. As a US Marine Corps veteran of 7 years and especially after asking her to slow down her speech because I was from out of town she continued with her sarcasm and unplesant demeanor. I would never spend a cent in this business no matter how good the food may or may not be.

Everyone from the security guard to the assistant manager went out of their way to try and assist me when my schedule was very unpredictable. From the waitress who served me a beer and pizza to the overnight staff.

Wished the pool wasn’t ice cold and that the hot tub was warmer but I’m sensitive to temperatures.

We had mold/krusty remains in the water part of our keurig (which I’m glad we noticed before we used it). There was paint peeling from our ceiling in the bathroom. Everything else felt clean though.

Safe area! Restaurants within walking distance. Overall nice location. Super nice staff.

Mealsat 5pm no use if going to shows. Breakfast no use when flights leave 6am. No help with luggage. Staff worry abouttraffic noise but the air conditiong noise is deafening. You can turn off room but this is a ducting problem..
