Our room was hot had it on 60 the whole night. And we sweat the whole night. Never cooled off !

Bathroom area around toilet is tight! Also location isn't particularly attractive but I felt like this was more of a business hotel. Easy access though to Walmart etc with our using the highway.

Large comfortable suite - very clean and quiet even though it was right next to the lift and had adjoining door- my two biggest no-nos... Really didnt hear a thing thought except for slight lift noises in the night that wasn't really a problem. I'd stay again though as the room was very comfortable and had a small kitchen area too. Very close to Galleria Mall which is worth a visit.

Air conditioner did not work the 1st night and we didn't get our room cleaned. Toilet flushed very slowly.

Hard to say. I pretty much enjoyed everything. I guess I didn't know that there was breakfast, but I didn't really wake up early enough to get breakfast anyways.

I came to the hotel for a convention where I had an art booth. Loading and unloading all of my equipment and material was super easy, and the parking garage was close to the facility with lots of parking. The room was incredibly large for the price point, and the bed was soft and comfy. The staff were all super friendly, and for the most part were incredibly accommodating, especially for the events that were taking place.

The bathroom was bit a small.

Everything was good. The hotel was very nice. The staff was very friendly, kind and helpful. Room was clean, cozy and nice, bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. It was pleasant.

The ladies reateoom down stairs by the escalaters ran out of toliet paper.

The cafe coffee and ready made breakfast sandwiches were great. The staff at the check stand were very nice and helpful.

The price of the room, you are really paying the Tax not so much the room because the room is quite basic and doesn’t match the high price of over 260. And the rooms and hotel in general I could tell that the construction was rushed for sure and quite sloppy in certain areas.

I loved the secured parking garage, and the security I felt very comfortable leaving my car there. The sheets were very soft and breathable but also keeps me at a comfortable temperature. The TV was really nice and i find the welcome feature on the TV to be really neat. It’s said Welcome Iesha, I thought that was really cool. A combination of the view, TV features, and amenities made this hotel stay a unique and enjoyable experience.

I did not like that there were no readily available valet attendees. My brother and I arrived late in the evening (12/6) and were met with a very kind valet attendee; however, he told us that they were no longer accepting vehicles for valet. My reaction, "This is the Hilton?" The following day, I met with one of the Valet attendees and he had stated that he had to work a double because his relief hadn't come, but he gracefully garnered my brother and I valet services. I enjoy staying at many of the Hilton locations and was a bit shocked that this location didn't quite deliver the expected experience. However, it is not because of a lack of effort. The customer service was excellent all around, and everyone made me feel welcomed. Good Job, but let's improve!!!

Clean, quiet, the pool helped with the hot weather. Was very helpful to have a restaurant open late.
