The STAFF there were AMAZING! THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE MYSELF AND THE GIRLS COMFORTABLE! They were friendly they were smiling, helpful with suggestions for me and the kids in the area, I didn't have a single bad experience with anyone on their STAFF! From the front door EVERY DAY all the way to the house keeping the STAFF THERE MADE MY STAY POSITIVE! THEY HELPED ME MAKE MY DAUGHTER'S BIRTHDAY MAGICAL!

The hotel doesn't look like it's had an update on even so much as the bedding since the 90's. The bedding is SUPPOSED to be WHITE it's NOT! The comforters are dingy, there are stains on them that looks like old mold, and don't get me started on the filling. I really don't know what it was doing. There are seats in front of the beds and they are filthy! The room smells moldy! The drain in the shower is just weird! It kept shutting, why wouldn't it just stay open! The paint on the headboards look like they've been hit with cheese graders. I was there with 15-16 yr old girls,& while they were leaving the room a piece of the ceiling fell & hit one her in the head! A metal vent for the a/c just fell from the ceiling. Then there's the pool. It looks amazing online! IT'S SO TINY! Like, I really don't think it even hits 5ft. The hotel itself is huge, the pool/hotel size ratio is way off! It doesn't take much for it to get busy either. Pool sucks, however the views of the river are beautiful from up there. Then there's my charges. I had 1 room for 2 nights and I was charged $290 per night! The room is giving motel 6 NOT the Hilton! The accommodations were worth $60 per night IF THAT! YOU WALK IN & IT'S SO GRAND but you get to the room & it definitely deflates your balloon! I didn't even get a microwave. The coffee SUCKS! REALLY I CAN GO ON! The hotel itself sucks. The website & even the walk in are deceitful. If it were not for the kids that were dropped off to me for the weekend I definitely would have wanted a refund & to change my hotel. I wanted the views of the fireworks for her birthday but I ALSO really wanted to take her somewhere nice. You used to be able to count on the Hilton name for a nice hotel! This was not that! I felt bad for my baby having her friends there.HOWEVER I DID LOVE THE STAFF THERE! THEY WORK HARD AND ALSO ALWAYS SMILING, POSITIVE, HELPFUL.

    The location.

The hotel is very dated, including the showers, rugs in the rooms and furniture in the room was stained. The bathroom tub wasn’t draining. My bed was dirty had a bug in it when I pulled the sheets back. They did get the issue resolved quickly. However, the property is in need of some serious updates and soon. They need to do better for their customers. There was also gray duck tape on one of the walls in the hall meat on floor 3. Not exactly what you want to see walking to your room after a long day. I was completely and totally exhausted the only reason I stayed after being completely dissatisfied.

    Thank you for your feedback.

Location was very close the Cane's convention center where we were competing in the USBC National Championships.

Parking was very expensive at $37 a night and there were only community micro waves on the 3rd, 5th and 9th floors. Snacks in the lobby were ridiculously expensive and did not seem very fresh at all. There are no exhaust fans in the bathrooms to help with the steam from showers and when in a very humid environment, these are a necessity. Valet parking attendants were very slow and not very polite. The attendant that brought our rental car to us when checking out smelled strongly of marijuana as did our rental.

    Property response:

JC, thank you for sharing your thoughts. The convenient proximity to the convention center is noted and appreciated. Your concerns about parking, amenities, lobby offerings, and interactions with team members have been acknowledged, and your perspective is valued. Your feedback will be considered as the property seeks to enhance guest experiences in the future.

Adonis was very friendly and efficient at getting us checked in. the staff at breakfast was too. kept our drinks filled and good service. Henry was a excellent bellman. the beautiful views from our window in our room and at breakfast.

we had made it clear we wanted a room with queen beds Preferably one that was handicap accessible, but the more important request was the two queen beds which we thought we made clear maybe it just wasn't possible but a family of four adults was very very tight in two full beds.

    Property response:
