It wasn't full like many of the hotels nearby, so that would make you believe there is something wrong with the place. It was old decor, lime it hasn't been upgraded since the 80's or 90's

It was convenient to my travel plan, and it was clean. The price was reasonable

The only thing that annoys me about this hotel is the size of the beds they have in the rooms. I travel with kids so any other room options aren't it. The double beds are way too small for grown adults. Me and my husband had to sleep on different beds because we simply didn't fit on one double bed. We're average size. They're super uncomfortable too.

When I visit Lynchburg this is the hotel that I book all the time. The staff is great, they greeted me when I checked in and in the mornings when I got breakfast.

The outside looked run down and the rooms were outdated

The peep hole was gone and had a tissue stuck in it, outside smelled horrible and there was a guy throwing up in the parking lot and just looked dirty. Definitely went downhill after Baymont took over.

Location right on wards road. Staff was nice. Breakfast choices was plenty.

Sheets were kind of dirty and water pressure in the showers almost completely went out, as well as the lingering smell of marijuana

The floors hadn't been vacuumed or at least not everywhere. Shower wall wasn't cleaned well and the dust ruffle had a huge area of mold on it.

I didn't take the time to try the breakfast. Had coffee in my room.

Cleanliness left a bit to be desired. There was something splattered on the walls, and the chair in the room was so filthy I didn't even want to set my bags on it. My husband's phone slipped down behind the bed and we had to pull it out to retrieve it, and there were condom wrappers back there. Also the TV was damaged- it was leaning so badly to the left that I had to prop it up with a box of soap, the speakers were blown, and there were black lines going vertically just to the left of center of the screen.

Staff was friendly, location was easy to get into and out of, I could park my car right in front of my room to bring things in and out, and there were plenty of extra linens for the weekend. Bed was clean and comfortable and the sheets were nice...not heavy but warm enough to keep the AC running where I like it. The floors and bathroom were clean, shower had good pressure and got really hot quickly.

Room was old, door to bathroom had a square crack 8n it and door didn't close right. Shower curtain rod loose and therefore shower curtain didn't stay closed so water got all over floor.

After a long days journey, we just wanted to rest for the night and check e-mail and play on devices. Getting on the internet was impossible except for one IPhone. Even the “tech” guy in the office was unable to help.

The rooms could be a little more detailed in the cleaning around the courners of the walls behind the fridge around the window had a lot of bugs, dirt and dust and the air filters in the air conditioner units should be cleaned regularly to keep the unit running smoothly with fresher air flow and being put near the Rd on a sat night is not fun when u have small children

The breakfast had a very good selection of things to choose from
