Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesNo handicapped room was available and the air conditioner controls were too high for ease of seeing what I was doing. Happily, I was still able to maintain a comfortable room. The mattress was firmer than I like and a little tall for my short legs. I am familiar with this motel. I know it is near the railroad tracks and is an old facility and attracts poorer guests so this didn't put me off. I have never felt unsafe there.
I like the handy location since I am not in town to hang out by the freeway. What I also wanted - and got - was easy access to my room, where I could park just outside the door. I was pleased by the cleanliness, and cheerful greetings from staff whenever I met them. There were plentiful drawers. Brighter lighting in the main room made it easier to get work done. A microwave and apartment sized refrigerator were handy. I liked the very nice modern sink. Best of all, during an Idaho heatwave, an effective air conditioner - this also provided white noise so I didn't hear the train or neighbors.

There was no breakfast but there was coffee and chocolate and that was nice. The manager was very helpful and friendly. I had a restful night there and checkout was easy. Sadly the restaurant on the sign isn't there so we walked about half a mile to Pizza Hut and had a delicious pizza.
