Needs to be. Cleaned...No attention to detail..stained sheets...I removed the mattress cover to check for bed bugs There were no bugs but the mattress had dirt in all the sewing seams..never been vacuumed ..walls need cleaned, mirror was smudged and bathroom a little grimy

Breakfast was good, but apple and cranberry juice not available. Orange juice was unpleasant color.

There was no shower curtain, so I couldn't shower. The toilet rocked back and forth, though i was going to fall off when i first sat on it, and the back of the bathroom door was pealing off. Made it look trashy. The beds would make a creeky poping sound when anyone would move.

It was on the highway. Make it easy to come and go to get to our destination.

Has a huge spider web in corner of the room but you can tell they keep the room clean. May need to spray in the corners of the rooms but everything else was ok. We didn't get up to go see about breakfast

I was over charged by the guy when I showed up I was booked at 173.36 and was charged 97 dollars plus tax a night I had 2 room booked under my reservation and they totally missed up

Facility is in need of quality repair & remodel..baseboards dirty, paint on walls scratched, bed frame made loud clanging sound when getting up, lamps need replacing, desk chair broken...felt like it was a really cheap place....poorly maintained....workman's tools and debris lying on walkways....wondered if we'd be safe....very disappointed..wad NOT quality.

The interior was so run down. Tiling in bathroom was done by a 3 year old. We sent picture to friends we tile for and they where aghast.

The hotel was nice but the front desk staff was very rude, nonchalant, didn’t really want to deal with me, when I spoke to him he kept shrugging his shoulders, didn’t acknowledge me, I had to get booking.com to contact him and he told me to just hang up and from now on to just call the hotel directly and book with them. The service is why I want be returning back to this hotel ever again.

Owner was very rude & unprofessional. He stopped me before I checked out and let me know that he was going to be charging me $100 for my dog. He said it’s $50/night. I disclosed that I had my pet with me when I checked in and the young man who checked me in charged me for my hotel stay and did not say anything about charging anything extra. I tried explaining this to the owner who then got irate and told me that because I booked on booking.com he does not make any money off of my stay and that it actually costs him money to have us stay there. I refused to pay the $100 because had I known up front it would be $100 extra for my 10 pound dog I would have left. The beds were not clean. The sheets were stained and had cigarette burns in them. I paid for a non smoking room and the hotel staff even informed me of a $500 cleaning fee if I smoke in the room. When I arrived at the room, the room smelled strongly of smoke. The hotel advertised a hot breakfast and I went to get it at 7am and there was nothing other than cereal. No coffee, no waffles, no juice. To me, the hotel is not making enough money to stay open so they are trying to take advantage of guests.

The only thing I liked about this property was that it was right off the highway in a convenient location.

The bed for the price was horrible, it was a sleeper sofa mattress on a steal frame. It was not very clean, we found a dead lizard on the floor. We did not try the breakfast.

The shower was very dirty and it didn't drain properly. The beds were cheap and made loud noises getting in and out and turning in bed. The sheets felt dirty, the floors were dirty.
