Broken and stained furniture/lamps, no blanket on the bed for warmth (just a sheet and a thin decorative coverlet), no drain cover in the sink, no coffee filter in/for the coffee maker.

Locks worked, liked that the bed was king sized. Mostly quiet.

It was very dirty and run down. The first room we checked into hadn't been cleaned at all. The second room had a clogged bathtub. Sheers were thin but clean. Overall needs better cleaning and maintenance.

The breakfast was limited. Cereal is NOT my idea of a good breakfast. They could have had instant oatmeal and perhaps some individual wrapped pastries or dried fruit packets.

Maybe a little effort on the breakfast side. It was bear minimum, but enough. an egg, or yogurt, or bagel, rather than sugary items.

(1) Lightbulb beside the bed, closests to the bathroom, had to be screwed in to turn it on & unscrewed to turn off. Switch did not work. (2) No lightbulb in center of fixture above sink. Not a good light for makeup because of this. (3) No Ice Bucket!! (4) Bath mat that we put in the floor was filthy. Looked like it had not been washed in a while. (5) Floor of room & bathroom had not been swept. Bathroom floor had not been cleaned. (6) Sheets had spots on them like they had not been washed good. (7) Very little troilet tissue on the roll and no extra toilet tissue in room.

Older property but the towels and sheets all had stains. Only one channel to watch on the tv. I’ve stayed at other older properties but at least the linens were stain free.

Cigarette smell bed was hard dirty refrigerator broken tv remote didn't work right. My husband killed a cockroach. No breakfast and old ice coffee .noisy we could here everything next door

Filthy, laminte floors were so dirty that we couldn't walk on them bare footed. Walls and baseboards we so dirty. There was something that looked like blood on the iron and on the wall beside the vanity. The refrigerator was dirty, and the microwave was damaged. Mirrors were so dirty throughout the room. Surfaces were wiped and sprayed with lysol when we arrived. We checked for bed begs before bringing in our belongings. The mattress looked new. There were cigarette burns on the sheets. The walls beside the bed looked like there were drinks thrown against the wall and running down. The young man who cleans the rooks offered to clean ours and gave us clean towels. The owners were rude despite us not complaining about the Filthy room.

Wifi was good, TV good with direct TV. Cold ac.

The room was hot, it took a long time to cool Off the wall had layers of dust, their was red liquid syrup on table under tv, rat dropping on ac unit inside room. The pillows were not even twin but a half pillow. The breakfast was cereal, coffe with only powder creamer and honey bun packs.
