The beds were too firm for me. My back hurt in the morning. The desk chair was terrible, recommend something a little bigger. Sitting in it was uncomfortable. Would have liked to reserve and pick rooms, not be assigned rooms upon check in.

Hotel was a short distance to MCRD. Staff was excellent and Professional.

The location is great as it's next to a bus stop that takes you to the old town centre in less than 10 mins. The guy at the reception was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean, equipped with a fridge, iron, etc. There s a vending machine and a microwave that you can use. However, a hairdryer would be really useful and the pool could have been cleaner.. Overall, it s a really vfm choice.

There was no hair dryer in the bathroom. Also, the iron was leaking water all the time, so it was unsafe to use. There was something sticky on the table top. The AC unit smelled a little bit funky at first when turned to heating mode.

I really liked the size of the room and the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower size was perfect. Provided toiletries were nice to use. The AC unit worked well.

When I pulled into the parking lot, I got concerned about the safety of the area. There were a couple guys sitting in various places in the parking lot. In hindsight, they may have been protecting the parking lot, but if so, you wouldn’t know it because they were in plain clothes. We were on the second story in a no smoking room but it reeked of weed inside & out. I couldn’t figure out the AC (I was only able to set it to cool & adjust it between 16 and 18, whatever that even means). Set it to what I figured was the coolest (16) but it was still too hot for comfort.

This was the perfect location for our SeaWorld visit. The staff was friendly and the room looked like it was brand new inside.

I haven't received my deposit back when it's been over a month since we checked in. However our stay was very pleasant.

The staff were so lovely and helpful. One morning I was at the pool and I tried to use the jacuzzi and it wasn't working. Then, two members of staff came over and spent twenty minutes trying to fix it. Really went above and beyond, additionally the reception staff were always very helpful and accommodating.

The carpets were a bit worn; I don't think they were dirty, but bring house shoes.

The location was good. Also, there were a lot of restaurants and food stores nearby. The three different rooms (Queen Deluxe) I stayed in over my off and on 4 week stay were clean, well appointed and recently updated. The pool/hot tub was nice and the secure parking was free. It was a quick drive to Sea World for a family stay.

My family and I stay at less expensive motels/hotels as we’re more interested in the activities outside where we’re staying. For the price point and the convenience, Heritage Inn worked for us. I’ve seen the other reviews people have had with complaints of this or that but those folks really should tamper their expectations. If you want more, you should expect to pay more. The grounds are even exceeded expectations given that in that part of town and the amount of unhoused, the grounds were quiet and safe. Staff was friendly and helpful and the room was adequate.
