Perfect Stay and Outstanding Service. I had a perfect stay at the hotel, the location was excellent, very central and convenient, and the room was spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. What truly made the experience exceptional was the level of service I received, even after my departure. I had accidentally left some personal belongings in the safe, and Mr. John Tichacek, the Front Office Manager, went above and beyond to assist me. He personally prepared the package and brought it to a FedEx Drop Box in New York, ensuring my items were safely returned. His professionalism, kindness, and efficiency were outstanding. It’s rare to encounter such dedication, and I am incredibly grateful. Highly recommended, I will definitely return.

- we got free early check in and late check out and it was very helpful. - everything was clear since first time we booked , they sent us T&C and we liked the clarity , we paid deposit and we got it 2 days after check out. - location was just perfect and near to everything we needed. - staff were helpful smiling all time especially Rachel. - room was clean and simple and the toilet was practical. - definitely if we go back again to NYC we will book in this hotel again and again

The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation, restaurants, and attractions, which made traveling around so much easier. Everything was smooth. It's a little noisy at night but it's NY so that's to be expected!

The location was very central and you could get the subway anywhere from there. I chatted to a lovely receptionist in the morning most days about basketball (he works the morning shift early). Friendly staff and big rooms for NY.

The side of the bed where I slept was slanted toward the edge and I felt I was going to roll off but thankfully did not!

Location was great - so close to the subway! Rooms were spacious! Cleaning staff were friendly. Not only ice but having the water to fill our water bottles was great!

On our last night, there was water leaking from the bathroom ceiling, and the air conditioner occasionally had a stuffy odor.

I wish our double room had some more light. There are no lights by the beds, which would make such a difference with the coziness of the room. The dark shade of grey paint of the walls and not a single artwork, picture, or any type of decor on the walls made it really austere and a bit sad. I understand that the goal is to make it as minimalistic as possible, but it was really on a dark side.

I loved the location of the hotel. It was perfect to explore NYC! Also, how clean it was and how kind and responsive the staff was. It truly made a difference.

Unfortunately, communication via email is weak. I wrote to the service desk but received automatic that there is nobody to help me due to the manager’s vacation. As a result my daughter had to wait 10 hrs at the lobby of the hotel because she couldn’t be able to check in due to delays of my flight. I wrote about earlier arrivals of my daughter but nobody helped :(. When you travel from far away abroad, it’s crucial to be able receive answers on your request via emails.

Location is great. The hotel is clean and all facilities are quite new. The room and beds are comfortable.

Nothing to complain about

Very spacious for being in NYC, no problem to fit the luggage for 2 adults and 2 children in the room without stumbling over it. The bathroom was good, with a Toto washlet bidet which is honestly a luxury (incl. heated seat). Very convenient location for public transport and our room (facing the backside) was quiet.
