Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesWell, first the second towel was dirty and had blood on it seemed like. When you enter the room (212) to the right there is a hole in the ceiling. The door isn't fully secured, it locks but there is a gap in the bottom. The phone wasn't working and staff stops laundry after 2 pm and you have to wait until the next day unless they have access to a key. It seemed to be traces of bedbugs though not sure if that's a current issue
It was horrible. The only thing I really liked was the pricing.

United StatesThe room was dirty, stains of a questionable nature on the carpet. There isn’t a lobby, the front door is locked and you have to be buzzed in to check in or check out. There were two of us on the registration, but we were only given one bath towel and one hand towel for the room. A king sized bed only had two flat pillows, we had to use the two decorative pillows from the couch just to get a little cushion. The mattress was hard, like rock hard.

Proximity to highway. Clean other than roaches. If I had been granted an exception to no cancellation policy & been refunded after my phone had reset to night after & I immediately cancelled would have given better review. As a senior, that really hurt paying for a night we weren't there for. The owner had said he would refund if we were out early the next day. We were. He did not honor our request.
