The only things I noticed that could be improved, one of the wall plates for HVAC unit in the bedroom was loose and the bathroom door was hard to shut as the top is not lined up well and sticking. Also, the security key code on the patio door should match the main door. We were locked out due to our own oversight for only a few minutes. The host responded that quickly! These are so very minor compared to all the good the unit has to offer. We will MOST definitely be BACK! :) :)

Well maintained for an older hotel. Beautiful decor that merged vintage farmhouse with a modern styling. Furniture was aesthetically pleasing. The host was responsive, thorough, and generous throughout the entire stay. Wonderful patio for drinking coffee and dining. The kitchen is stocked well enough and was pleasant to cook in :) We have found our home away from home in Helen. :D The Bear we saw crossing the parking lot was a bonus! Shown in the pictures. I think he was annoyed by the karaoke across the street, lol! Once inside, you heard none of the happenings outside! Another huge bonus :D

Something wrong with water to tub and double head shower was a surprise right in the kiester. But I was focused on why the water pipes making soooo much noise. Checkout a lil early at 10:30.

Contactless check-in is very inefficient, puts the burden on the guest, once again, to be glued to your phone instead of enjoying the scenery, takes way more time than just checking the guest in as usual. But I guess it must save the hotel some money, in addition to being ever so cool.

Location is pretty good, especially for Hofbrauhaus restaurant and Betty's.

Signs directing me to my room which was around the back and up a flight of stairs would have been nice.

There wasn't a breakfast but Doggone Coffee right next door is an exceptional coffee shop with breakfast sandwiches and pastries.

The coset floor was little dirty. Fire pit wasn't working

Great location, great price , felt at home. Bed was comfy and my kids loved the sift blanket. We were close enough to walk. Just with the fire pit was working. The town closed so early that we enjoyed a btl wine at the not working fire pit. Lol. Great property. We loved it so much that we booked another night

One bed was very hard. One bed was soft. Bathroom needed renovation very badly. Staff was not available on site. Text for additional towels, had to resend reminder, still did not get the number requested. Told staff, via text, wasp nest on hand rail near room, nothing done. Parking very tight.

The mattresses really need updating. For 2 nights I slept on what felt like concrete and the bed my cousin slept in felt like the mattress spring was worn out and broken. Website states room refresh but that never happened.

Hot tub cover had mildew on underneath and smelled. Shower fixtures were awkward to use and could stand to be updated. Stained glass window added a nice decorative touch but it allowed too much unregulated light in the room at night and especially first thing in the morning. Made it tough to sleep in.

Room is spacious. Hot tub area was nice and secluded from the room. The stained glass accent was a nice decorative touch. Bed was comfortable and the in room lights were bright and could be configured in multiple ways. Mobile check in and out made it super convenient. Property is close to attractions downtown. Parking was good too which isn’t always the case in a mountain town.

The property is convenient to activities in Helen and most everything is within walking distance. The rooms we stayed in were nice and clean. We had a problem with extremely noisy neighbors above us the first night. But customer service switched our room for us the next night and even upgraded us to a super nice suite.

Air conditioner died at night. We couldn’t get it to function so room did get very hot.

Location was great!!! Walking distance from EVERYTHING!!!
