Great location, easy to get into Denali NP! Beautiful cabin with all we needed!

Everything was great! The only thing I would change would be to have blinds in addition to curtains to block out more light, but that is super minor.

Excellent location, super clean, very comfortable. It was so quiet and peaceful, really great to be so close to Denali but far enough away that it was not crowded.

If you're looking for something quiet and peaceful and out of the ordinary. this place is probably the best place in all of Denali area.

Well situated near the Denali Park entrance. Our cottage was cozy and very nicely equipped. The surroundings are beautiful in the forest. The area is so peaceful and quiet. We really felt being in a secluded area ion the wild.. There are no tourists coming and going in the area like in Denali. Our host was so kind to us and very welcoming. He made us feel like we were ate home. Everything was perfect.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Alaska Spruce Cabins. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It lived up to our expectations and then some. I most highly recommend these cabins to others, who are visiting the Denali area. It is top class!

The property was quiet and very comfortable. We enjoyed the location as it was close to Denali National Park. The owner is very attentive to any need you may have. The beds were so comfortable that we slept great and were refreshed in the morning.

I can't really think of anything that could have been better. Doug was very low key and a good host. I wish I could have met his daughter Terra. She graciously allowed us to previously cancel a "non-cancellable" reservation, due to a family emergency my friend had. Another example of true Alaskan hospitality that we often experienced during our road trip through this beautiful state.

The cabins at Alaskan Spruce Cabins are immaculately kept. I was especially impressed with the layout and the way everything was organized in the kitchen. It was very easy to cook and to have our meals either inside the cabin or outside on the deck, utilizing the bench which folded out to become a table! Other useful and practical touches made staying here very comfortable. Family-owned Three Bears Supermarket is less than a 5-minute drive away as is 49th State Brewing and a gas station/laundromat. Denali National Park Visitor's Center is a short 20-minute drive away. Most importantly, the grounds surrounding Alaskan Spruce Cabins are very quiet and peaceful, and the views of the surrounding mountains are spectacular!

An adjustable shower head would be a big improvement. The current head is fixed at a very high position (aimed at your head) and you cannot adjust it (particularly not great for women or shorter people).

Very private, separate cabin was nice. Great views and nice sitting area on deck. Well-stocked kitchen. Use of outdoor barbecue was a plus. Isolated from the tourist center of Denali (about 12 miles away) and still convenient to grocery store and places to eat.

Doug was amazing, the place was beautiful, everything was clean and comfortable. The cabins were stocked with everything you need if you wanted to cook a small meal or make coffee. Moose on the property was an unforgettable moment! Doug was easy to reach when we had questions and was super friendly. He made us feel right at home. HIGHLY recommend!
