There was not anything that I didn't like. Everything was good for the quick stay. The price was good and the room was good. The staffl was good. Every time walked in or out I saw a smile. They helped when my key didn't work, It was worked out very quickly. I was happy with the stay.

it was a nice stay for the weekend. It was nice that they offered breakfast. It was great to the location of where we were going for the celebration that we attended. I would come and stay there again.

From the initial day the floor was pretty dirty and the AC was leaking leaving it to smell a little musty upon returning later in the day. Towels were not replenished after the second day which I thought was common amongst hotels as that’s what I’ve experienced in other hotels. Also since this isn’t the hotels fault necessarily but patrons on the first floor seemed it to be a good idea to slam their doors all hours of the night.

I loved the location. Close to family and shopping allowed for ease every day of the stay.

There were quite a few scary people around the outside of the property. The inside was fine. There was also a homeless encampment behind the property…not good.

There was several days where there were children playing soccer out in the hallway, with no adult supervision. Once the staff was alerted, they handled the situation. Although the guest was not happy that somebody had complained and stood in the hallway screaming afterwards

Unusual room layout... large bathroom, yet the vanity was located outside & next to the bed. Bathroom needs towel rails not just a stick-on hooks. Bed had four cushions but no pillows, cushions are not comfortable for sleeping overnight.

It smelled like dog poop. I get it’s pet friendly but damn it smelled bad! And the floors were torn up from dogs.. seeing that made it have a dirty vibe and I couldn’t not be wearing shoes in the room the whole time. I wish they’d have separate rooms for people like us that did not bring pets! Also what the actual heck kind of pillows were this?!? They were so small and uncomfortable and I hated them. Please just get regular sized actual bed pillows!!!!!!!!

Convenient location, very large room. Great kitchenette and desk area with large bed area separate. Bathroom was large and I liked the counter area being outside of the toilet/shower part so I could get ready if someone else in family was using the other part. Staff was very friendly and the facility itself was extremely quiet!!! First hotel I didn’t hear the next room neighbors or something crazy happening at any point!!! Very happy with that. I also appreciated the tipping QR code feature because I never carry cash! Very cool and helpful.

The rooms are very dated and could use some newer furniture.

The room was clean and spacious, plus the staff were very nice and engaging. It's located near many places to eat and that are within walking distance. There are several stores near there as well.
