Wish they had a hot tub.

I was happy with everything this hotel was one of my best stays in a hotel. Clean property..quiet and really great breakfast! Loved the yogurt bar.

Rang the bell at the desk twice. Waited at the desk over 5 minutes for someone to show up to check me in. By that time there were 2 other parties who came in while no one was at the desk. Staff wasn't friendly.

Drain plug in bathtub wouldn’t stay up without putting something under it. Had to ask for towel and washcloth because we stayed two days. Breakfast was ok but only had dry bagels instead of pastries.

More so on the pricy side but for good reason. The location wasn't the best but its not horrible.

It was a grat place for a weekend get away. We enjoyed the clean room and the layout. It had a feel of apartment living. Would stay again.

Some staff were rude. We checked into our room and noticed very few towels so I asked for more. Was told to give them our old ones, which we hadn’t used yet and I explained we only had 2 towels and we have 5 people. When she went to get towels, her and a laundry staff were complaining. When she finally gave me towels, she asked if we just checked in and then apologized. There was a trash can in our room that wasn’t emptied and still had garage from the previous visitors. Picture frame in the bathroom was broken, one wrong move and the glass would have fallen out and shattered.

The property was conveniently located near our destination. Check in staff allowed us to check in early. Comfortably accommodated our party size of 5 people. Suite was set up nicely, kitchenette was very nice and had the cutest dishwasher I’ve ever seen. Full sized refrigerator. We liked that the bathroom was sectioned off - toilet and bathtub behind closed doors. Room was spacious. Breakfast was good. Hot foods were limited, juice from the machine was watered down and blueberry pancake mix was too watery and separated after cooking. Kids loved the pool area, however they wished there was a hot tub. All in all a very nice place to stay.

When we arrived at the location it was a little difficult to find the entrance. Once we were there we got to know and get the correct entrance.

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The folks at the desk were very helpful, the cleaning crew was very nice and the young man who worked the breakfast area did and excellent job.

I had to change rooms. The first two on the first floor had windows full of box elder beetles. But the staff was nice and found me a room on another floor without the beetles.

Longer breakfast hours, It was early for us to get up for, Pool closed early, but understandable. Everything was nice, cant think of more to say!!!

Staff was friendly an helpful. Our room was clean and spacious., The breakfast was good. I really liked the happy hour. The hotel provided appetizers and two kinds of beer. Pleasant lounge to enjoy our much needed refreshments!

On 1st floor...light right outside the window lit up our room all night long as if it was daylight.

Wider hallways, but that would have been under construction. There seemed to be a housekeeping cart parked most of the day in the same spot in the hallway that we had to maneuver around.

The breakfast was nice and fully stocked. The room was very spacious and the couch really comfortable and even had throw pillows to make it feel more like home. The bedding was nice and the air conditioner not too loud. Walls seemed well insulated. The staff was really friendly.

The fact that my 17 year-old wasn’t supposed to be anywhere in the hotel unaccompanied. It wasn’t a problem until checkout time when she hauled loads to the car and I continued to pack things up. I get it, but it was annoying that she was supposed to go with me to get ice, or anytime I left the room.

The room was perfect. I loved the separate room with a door for sleeping which allowed us to go to bed early or sleep in without interrupting others. The kitchenette has everything I need to feed my picky eaters so we aren’t eating at McDonalds every meal.

No hot tub, our toilet wobbled in our bathroom, no broom in the rooms for people with kids, and the lady cleaning tables on Sunday morning took up the whole bar that my family could have all sat together at instead of splitting up at multiple tables and she wasn’t that friendly, kept sitting there staring at everyone.

We liked our room a lot. Plenty of space! Enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was good, lots of options.

Floor was sticky in the room. Window leaked. Initially had no power, but that was not the hotels fault. In the suite, we only had 3 towels for 5 people. Internet didn't work. Phones didn't work. Tv was cutting in and out. There was no jacuzzi, my arm was hurting really bad, and that would have been nice to have.

Affordable rates, breakfast was good. Staff very friendly. Room was big for us. Beds were nice.

The pool was freezing. It was hard to enjoy.

We had a room with a kitchen and living room separate to the bedroom. It was very comfortable and nice being able to cook food in our room. The morning breakfasts were fantastic. Check out was 1200 and breakfast was served until 930 during the week and 1030 on the weekend. This was great for us late risers.

the bathroom in the room had a few minor imperfections such as the tub rail had some paint on it, the toilet was loose from the floor and had hard water stains. there wasn’t any covers or extra bedding for the pull out bed but the staff got those to us quickly.

Prompt, friendly service, very comfortable and spacious rooms, nice pool and weight room, tasty and filling breakfast, and the staff will do what they need to keep the customer happy!
