My room and my friends room was dirty. The stove top was filthy, refrigerator dirty, dishwasher extremely filthy, toilet dirty. Carpet dirty and damp, furniture dirty with holes, and chair had no cushion. The phone in room also was broken. Front desk was notified on several occasions. Nothing was done. Do not recommend this hotel to anyone until its brought up to code!

When I arrived in the afternoon I had to wait over 18 minutes before a receptionist came to the front counter to check me in. The parking lot was in rubble and looked very filthy. It left me with feeling of being unsafe. And both my first room and my second has a dripping tub faucet, thankfully I was able to drip a hand cloth over the faucet before going to bed so I could sleep.

I liked the morning receptionist and the ability to take a nice shower before bed. The breakfast was also pleasantly filling. Oh the bedding was clean and there was no bed bugs. Plus I thought it was really cool that there was a Mexican restaurant and a movie theater within 2 minutes of walking from the hotel's front door.

The room was dated. There are stains on the carpet. The tiles in the bathroom were loose and the floor felt odd in there. The pillows need replaced. The mattress on the pullout couch needs replaced. The top sheet for that was also ripped in several places.

Getting into the plaza it's located in is somewhat of a hassle. The elevator was dirty when we arrived at 5pm. Something sticky was dried to the floor. I assume soda as there had been a wet floor sign. It was still sticky when we checked out at about 8am the next day. The picture in the room (King suite) had some sort of dried stuff to the glass part of the frame. The room also smelled pretty heavy of bleach or a similar cleaner. Only waffles you make yourself and biscuits and gravy as the hot options for breakfast. The experience and room were not at all like what was advertised in their pictures. Especially for a suite.

Breakfast had good options, just more cold than hot. Good wifi. Good channels on the tv. The staff was quick and got us in fast. The location is convenient with a lot of restaurants, a convince store, and an AMC nearby.

Freezer had rust on the freezer racks. Shower curtain was dirty. Tv did not work & when reported I was told to wait till the next day for someone to look at it & no one ever came. Weird unpleasant smell in the room like bug spray or something. Would not recommend or stay here again. Though staff was friendly. This place needs lots of upgrades!

The furniture in the room was dirty, stained and extremely worn. I also found the toilet seat nearly falling off the toilet, but was able to reattach it without having to call for maintenance assistance.

The carpet in the room had some very bad stains and the curtains were loose and stained as well. The room could use a good makeover as some of the furniture was old and needing to be repaired or changed for some new things.

The lady that took care of the breakfast area was very friendly and worked hard. The bed was very comfortable.

The only bad thing I have to say about the property is the Wi-Fi. It’s spotty at best and sometimes I can barely stream Netflix. I’ve been staying here every week for the last month and it’s been the same from the beginning.

200 deposit that is charged for incidentals, and not refunded right away! Room was not clean. The shower curtain rod was put up in a way the curtain would not close on either end. The curtain was not clean! The carpet in the room was stained. The freezer in the fridge was frosted with over an inch of ice that was also colored from something exploding in there. Couldn't use any of the plugs because they are worn out. Nothing would stay plugged in. Dirty wash cloth is from the floor in the bathroom. Another thing to note if you are not the person who booked the room, you won't get to use that reservation. I witnessed 2 guys checking in and because their id didn't match who booked the room. They had to make a new reservation and pay for it.

Price was okay it was only 20mins from what we came to town for. Like the room was kinda like a suite with a little kitchen.

The front desk staff was rude. The rooms were just not clean. It was as basic as basic gets. Seemed a little shady. Definitely not worth the money paid.

It was a roof and a bed. That is all the good I can say.
