I had booked a suite that was supposed to have a view of the vines but the view was largely obstructed by a tree so that was disappointing.

The property is beautiful with large, comfortable rooms. Great amenities on site. It’s in an excellent location close to town. Such a friendly and helpful staff. And the Harvest Table restaurant had amazing breakfast.

The only slight downside was the powerful aircon vents in our room were directly over the head of the bed, which would wake you up if it came on with a cold blast.if it was set to a cool temperature

Hotel in southern St Helena in a perfect location, especially if you love wine. The hotel car will transport you within a reasonable distance to the wineries if required and recommendation can be given by the staff. The majority of the rooms are in small groups around the large property hidden in the trees. The grounds and garden areas were beautiful.and impeccably looked after. A large secluded outdoor games area was a real bonus. The room was spacious with a great bathroom. Very attentive helpful staff and very good service. Great breakfast and the restaurant evening meal was also very good. Highly recommended.

This hotel is exceptional, from the beautiful grounds, views of the vineyards, and comfortable rooms. It definitely exceeded my expectations. Minutes from downtown St Helena, 30 mins to Napa. The Harvest Inn restaurant was delicious. All the employees were so friendly and kind. I will definitely stay here again

1. We were informed there were complimentary daily pastries and 2 mornings we arrived at 8am, there were no pastries. When we asked if they were going to put anymore out we were told “no” and they are only allowed to put out a maximum of 2 plates of pastries every morning. The pastries were small and they weren’t on big plates. It was a bit disappointing since we enjoyed having the pastries during our first morning and they were delicious! Unfortunately, that 1 morning was the only time they were available. 2. After the above occurred, we grabbed self serviced coffee that we were told “just brewed” and it was old, cold and stale. It was replaced after we told them and it was much better. 3. One morning we had absolutely no hot water neither in the sink or the shower. We told one front desk and by the time we returned from our day the problem was fixed but it wasn’t a great start to our morning that one day. 4. We had an ADA room but there was minimal storage for us to place our clothing or underneath the bathroom sink to store our personal care items. 5. Lastly, and this one is silly, but based on previous reviews / photos I was looking forward to the CO Bigelow toiletries but those were not provided.

On the day we arrived, Jasmine noticed us that our room was ready which we were absolutely thrilled! After over 8 hour flights, it was extremely beneficial for us to have our room ready to settle in, change clothes and make it to our first winery. The hotel is beautiful, we were blessed to have a room that overlooked Whitehall Lane vineyards. It was absolutely a gorgeous view to wake up. There was a fireplace in our room which we used especially during those colder nights. The amenities are amazing! The partnership wineries and the service shuttle were by far the number 1 reason we chose to stay at Harvest Inn. We utilized both services and had a phenomenal time. Other amenities that caught us by surprise were the complimentary coffee, 2 bottles of water in the room (daily), the Whitehall Lane complimentary bottle of wine, Friday night local wine tasting and an amazing happy hour at the hotel bar. A huge thank you to Eddie and Edgar who rotated shifts when we utilized the car service. Fabian at the bar mixed us a delicious manhattan during HH. Marie who was warm and welcoming during the hotel’s wine tasting.

Didn't like the fact it rained every day we were there. But can't blame Harvest Inn on the weather. There is nothing that the Harvest Inn had control that we didn't like.

The staff was excellent. Very friendly and assisted in every way possible. I compare it to being a river cruise where the staff there fulfills every need. The extra perks, such as their partnership with local wineries offering free wine tasting at the winery.

The only somewhat negative thing we can say is that a few of the morning staff at the bar-restaurant were not as friendly as all of the others.

We were surprised at how much we enjoyed our stay at Harvest Inn. The members of the staff are exceptionally pleasant and helpful. The room was perfect and very clean. We brought our dog, and everyone was very friendly in that regard. Also, the grounds are nicely maintained, with various pathways (well-lit at night) for walking. The heated outdoor pool was heavenly and great for lap swimming. The hot tub was a bonus. Complimentary and delicious morning coffee at the bar made each morning bright. We are definitely returning for another getaway!

We ordered drinks at your bar during happy hour. They were awful. The bartender forgot to add the sugar. Even after he added the sugar they were undrinkable. Too much lime mixer we think.We didn’t drink them and ordered something else but happy hour had just passed and we were charged $20 per drink-Old Fashions nothing fancy. We thought that was not hospitable or fair.

Ave been coming here for years and love the place. Love your rooms and beautiful gardens.
