Property was great. One of the doors sticks and it made for a quick little panic when the handle wouldn’t open it but all was well. Would 10/10 stay here again

The only thing I would suggest is put a better light at the step to go onto the porch. The light wasn’t working well and one of our friends missed the step and fell. Everything was ok but, it could potentially cause someone to get hurt.

If I had to say something that could maybe better I would say that there is no yard for the pets. Mostly the dogs only had rocks and dirt to walk on, other than the road. But honestly that would be my only complaint.

I loved the hot tub, the king size beds and also the size of the house. I also loved that I could bring our dogs too. The view was amazing and it was so close to everything I wanted to visit. We also loved that the neighbors was mostly quiet and we had privacy to enjoy our stay.

Is not something that we didn’t like or that we were uncomfortable, but I think keeping the deck’s clean and nice will look better so, guests can be outside.

My family and I liked the location of this home. It is nice and quiet. We liked that the home has all the necessary to have great vacations.

The basement that wouldn’t get above 60 when it’s 28 outside. Moldy bathroom tubs, microwave that creates a smell so you’re not hungry anymore… could be a nice feature but rather disgusting. Doors couldn’t repel a credit card unlock thief, that’s if they didn’t just walk around back where you repainted the last break-in. Windows in basement not secured so no one felt safe. We didn’t feel the cleaning fee adjustment was sufficient for the filth and state of disrepair. While we appreciate the 20% discount for a future stay, but that’s just marketing cost to keep from being blacklisted and hopefully we give you all another chance to rent from you over the competitors. Idk if all of your cabins are in this state of disrepair but the pictures weren’t up to date. This is just the top few issues not to mention the 2” wide splinters I had to cut off the deck to keep the kid from being impaled on it. If you want to make it right please reach out , I can forward pictures then.

Location was as expected, however these are outdated pictures and the property felt like a true fit fixer upper or ready for a quick flip. Most everything needed attention to detail. It was nice the management company was very responsive once I made it past the chat personnel. Unfortunately for them it started around 2 pm but was after hours when they finally got the call for freezing basement. Management group A+ property D- . We rent a cabin every year and have for past 10+ years and this is the lowest quality and in the worst shape yet.

it was DIRTY when we arrived dirty dishes In the sink with food stuck to them dirty towels everywhere. people had been smoking in the cabin prior so we had to air it out. it was disgusting. we cleaned it up as best as we could so we could stay there because everywhere else was booked
