Very small rooms. Bathroom had no where to put your necessities nor was there anywhere in the shower to put anything. Had to put it on the floor. Bathroom sink did not drain well. Rooms had a musky smell to them. 1st room we were given had a mildew smell, had to ask to be moved to another room. I do not like to create problems as I am a pretty easy going person. Felt horrible to have the staff half to move me to another room. Big hotel and only one elevator.

The location was perfect and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Not a complaint, just a heads up that it IS an old hotel, so halls are narrow, the elevator is tiny, and everything is a little shabby. Knowing all that, I'd absolutely stay there again just for the lobby and porch.

Fantastic location. Right in the middle of the boardwalk, easy to go up or down and find plenty of things to do and eat. Parking was fine -- overflow lot the first day wasn't too far away, and after that we were able to get a spot right behind the hotel. Pool was clean and nice. Room was small but fine for our stay because we didn't spend much time inside. The ABSOLUTE BEST feature is the porch. Open air with huge old columns, wide steps, and plenty of Adirondack rocking chairs for sitting and people-watching, and enjoying the breeze.

The location of this hotel was perfect. The room was a bit small but for the price you can't beat being that close to the beach. We were in the room only to sleep and shower so for our family it was perfect. The size of the pool was awesome, and the porch was an added bonus. I would stay there every time we vacation in Ocean City.

The bathroom in our room had a non working door. It was very difficult to open and it doesn't close all the way. The bathroom on the ground floor that you need to use when at the pool is very dirty

The bathrooms are the only real drawback to this hotel. At least our room category- Partial ocean view double beds. They are sooo tiny and the shower is even tinier yet and the entire bathroom got soaked everytime one of us showered. The mirror was so high we had to get on our tip toes. to see. The parking situation isn't the best either, but we have a good routine down now after multiple stays with unloading and loading b4 parking.

We love the location. Right on the boardwalk, steps from the beach. We walked next door for Fractured prune donuts for breakfast one morning, and ice cream from the sweet spot one evening. The front porch with rockers and the pool area are our favorite parts of this hotel. The rooms are small but have more than enough space. The beds are comfortable. Mini fridge worked well and kept things cold and the freezer part even kept things frozen which is rare for hotel fridges. Partial ocean view was nice to wake up and check out the waves In the mornings.

the shower in the room was ridiculously small. for a 6'2" 240lb person, showering was almost impossible. doors of shower also kept falling off.

The shower was extremely small. There would definitely be a size and weight limit. It wasn’t the cleanest of bathrooms either.

It was available for an unexpected unsafe situation. Quick check in. It was right on the beach and near the shops on the board walk.

Carpet feels worn— but as expected for a beach place right on the boardwalk. Air conditioner was great— but a bit too great given the very thin “blankets.”

Location, atmosphere, love the rocking Adirondack chairs on the porch. The hotel is like a step back in time. While the rooms are a bit less luxurious than a more modern place, the overall feel is just what you need for a beach vacation. The lobby is very pretty and comfortable. The coffee is actually excellent! No need for Starbucks or Dunkin’ when you make your own at the Harrison Hall Hotel!

Parking was tight and you need to unload before you do. Parking not convenient to hotel. Bathroom very small. No microwave in room. Only 1 elevator and very small. View was nice in room but windows need cleaned to see it. Room needs dusting. We did that ourselves. Housekeeping was not done our last full day there. Rags and towels left in room did not match guest list given. Had to ask front desk for more. Public / hotel restrooms on first floor (Ladies) was not clean. Needed soap and TP all over the floor.

Location on the boardwalk and you walk out onto boardwalk. Pool with hose to clean off sand from beach with outside shower for body as well. Front porch with chairs and main lobby was roomy. Ice machine on 4th floor. View from room of beach was nice. Public / hotel restrooms on 1st floor. Easy access from beach if you needed it. Room was ready and we were able to check in a little earlier than check in time. Staff was pleasant and filled request for towels. Staff would give us the tiny elevator and wait if tight and getting on at same time.
