The room wasn’t very clean, the sheets on one of the beds had not been washed and had crumbs and hair in it. The room was also quite loud during the night with people outside of the door.

They didn't turn the heater on; the room is so cold when we enter. There is no strainer on the sink. The room is outdated.

I wasn't told until I arrived that there was a $100 cash deposit required if you live less than 50 miles away even when paying with a card. It was refundable and thankfully I had cash on me but booking.com should have made me aware of that fact when I made the reservation. I don't blame the facility.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff were all great. They even accommodated us arriving 2 hours early!

I accidentally dropped a cup of coffee. Clean it up with a towel. Placed towel in bathtub so maid service could pick up. Got back from my family reunion and towel was still in bath tub. Took it to the front desk! The lady wanted to know why I didn’t bring the towel to them sooner. I explained because we were leaving for the reunion and were in a rush to pick up food. Said I thought Housekeeping would pick up. She said they only clean every 3rd day. Also the toilet had crap on the outside toilet. Maybe they should clean more often! My whole family from out of town stays there every year for the reunion and so we book 1-4 rooms for the last 15 years. This was the worst experience in regard to cleanliness.

The room smelled really bad upon arrival. Like old cigarette smoke closed up for awhile. We went to Dollar General and bought air freshners and that helped alot.

Housekeeping staff spoke no English. Only cleaned room every 3 days. No clean towels or toiletries. No diabetic food for breakfast like fresh fruit or yogurt.
