The Wi-fi service was substandard. We also felt it was slightly ridiculous to have people standing in a long line waiting for 330pm to arrive to check in, while there were employees standing around waiting to open the gates. The fitness room is also very sub-par. Too small of an area and equipment that is out of date, not clean or fully functional. We checked out a couple neighboring hotels while we were there for future reference and they were miles ahead in this area, which is important to a lot of people.

We had issues with the Wi-fi and they sent someone up to our room within 30 minutes to have it fixed.

    1. We did self check-in because the kiosks were closer to us when we arrived at the lobby. However, the first two kiosks we tried didn't work. We finally switched to a third one and then it worked. A lot of our time was wasted on checking in. 2. Only max two devices could connect to the WIFI for free. Also, when a device was connected, it was unclear how to remove it from the two device from the two-device list, even if you disconnected the device from the WIFI. We had work to do and couldn't connect our laptops to the WIFI. We ended up disconnecting our phones from the WIFI and turning on the hotspot for the laptop. Plus, Verizon had bad signal in the hotel room. 3. They only gave us one bottle of water, which was not enough for a one-night stay. We had to walk a long distance to nearby groceries store like Target or Walgreens to get some water.

    1. The room was spacious and clean. 2. The price was good.

I didn’t like the fact that there is next to no shade at the pools. And the fact that you have to pay an exorbitant fee to get a cabana just for shade. Bad work all round.

The safe was a bit hard to use due to the problem with its buttons. The prices in the cafes and restaurants was high but its normal for Las Vegas price. The coffee machine was not clean (there were moulds in it) and all beverages in the room (even water and filter coffee) were not complimentary.

The location was easy good for accessing many other casinos and hotels around. The price is fair and clean & almost modern hotel.

The car park was a little difficult to find, but that may have just been because it was dark and it was also 3AM for us, having flown from the UK. Both hotel and parking were expensive but this seems to be par for the course in Las Vegas, so not unusual.

This hotel is in a good location on the Strip, within walking distance of many places to see. The room was very large and was comfortable - the staff upgraded us to a bigger room when we checked in, without us asking, which was good. The lobby has plenty of amenities, including a small groceries shop and a Starbucks.

The guest room was a bit tired, not as fresh looking as the pictures. The fitness center needs an update although one could do a fairly complete workout there. Sauna and steam as well as lockers are part of the spa so there is an extra charge unless you are having spa services.

Central Strip location. Convenient to shows, restaurants and shopping. The check in and check out are mostly automated and worked pretty well. Sauna and steam room worked well and were hot enough. Had a massage and the therapist was experienced and professional. The Gordon Ramsay restaurant, Ramsay's Kitchen, was fantastic.

I hated the express check in at a machine. I had a question and the lady "working " behind the front desk told me that, "she wasn't working...." I just had a question and no one seemed to give a care. When I asked about the "lost and found" I was given really vague instructions on how to get there....my item remains lost as I did not find the place in the end. The resort fee of $46 or $48 dollars per night seems steep.....for what?? There was no coffee in the room - Starbucks charged $8.50 for a small Americano !! Everything seemed to come at a cost.....and people (staff) seemed rushed or disinterested. ...aside from one front desk clerk who I spoke to on my first morning around 7:30 am when it was a little less busy....she was very helpful. I wish I could write her name down...she was really helpful.

The pool was nice....but there was really limited pool loungers. 80 % of the poolside seating or loungers needed to be paid for....and there was not umbrellas in the blaring sun....you needed to pay for them with the reserved rented lounger. For most people, this would be a problem. The music poolside was WAY too loud as well -

Self check in and out, long line for check in, some self check in machines not working, no human interaction, confusion with the parking fee, looked like paid parking fee to hotel and should get some discount for the parking rate, but at the end paid double. Zero discount and no attendant or human to help solve the problem. I did not like the confusing fee charges on the bill, hard to understand. Looks like the resort fee added for each day of you stay, if staying overnight. The resort fee was charged for two days or for each occupant, still not sure. Again with self check in and out, no front desk person to ask.
