The air conditioning unit was loud. I prefer to open the window when the night is cool.

The breakfast bar was excellent. The room was wonderful. We enjoyed the walking distance to stores and restaurants.

The " Above & Beyond " treatment of the staff ! Although we had encounters with only one person (Kim), her attention to our comfort was like nothing we had ever seen before ! The hotel was beautiful and the location was perfect for our anniversary, this being the same hotel we stayed on our wedding night in 1992. and it hasn't slipped "downhill" in the last 34 years ! Can't recommend this location highly enough ! !

I understand it was off season but was uncomfortable without staff at frontdesk ...didn’t feel safe if something happened.All the unused rooms were open and I felt like anyone could walk in off the street and use a room .

Since they’re doing work on some of the rooms, water was off in the room and we had to shower in another room down the hall. Good thing it was the off season.

The grounds at Harbor house Inn were Spectacular. Very clean, comfortable stay. There was a slight discrepancy with Booking and their front desk personnel. On booking, it does say that check in is at 3:00 pm. When we arrived to check in at 2:45pm, we were told rudely that we were too early. I also got a confirmation on the booking app from the property that a 2:00pm arrival time would be accommodated because our room was ready. The gentleman at the front desk did not believe my word and was short. After the miscommunication was settled, the rest of the stay and customer service was great. We would stay again.

Unsure why this is a 2 ⭐️ property, as to me it’s way better than that. The rooms are modern with everything required for a comfortable stay. The coffee and breakfast items available were a very welcome addition to my stay and as I was only passing through on a cycling trip, I wish I could have stayed longer. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby and being minutes from the lake, means I’d recommend booking this for a stay, long or short.

Everything was great! Very short walk to the harbor, and huge gazebo overlooking the harbor with so many sailboats docked there. Three nice restaurants are virtually next door. I gave a 4 stars for staff because they were all gone when we arrived, though instructions for our entry were texted ahead of time. Personally were on site early I'm the morning. Each floor has a small serving station halfway down the hallway providing a minimal but adequate continental breakfast, okay for our needs, with a Kureig coffee maker. A nice pub table with 2 chairs was in the room

We were put in a room on the lower level with the windows overlooking the noisy parking lot. It was raining and there was a bad smell in the room. The clerk on duty did move us up to the main floor after I complained. It was a nicer quieter room. I would say just make sure you get a room on the first or second floor .

Beautiful location in a quaint village. Looks like the decor was recently renovated. Nice friendly staff. There are lots of restaurants very close by and we had a great meal overlooking the lake.

The hotel is a perfect spot for a stay in Sackets Harbor. The room was lovely! It was so clean and beautifully decorated. The coffee/breakfast counter in the hall was well stocked and just perfect. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I loved it!

My room was right near the breakfast area, so you could hear the microwave when other guests used it. However, we will 100% be staying there again!! It was a great stay overall.

The room was beautiful and the location was perfect. Also, the staff was super friendly!
