    Bathrooms are tight, and the walls are thin. You could hear your neighbors havingdisagreements

    The staff were very nice and the place was clean and yes I would stay there again. The breakfast was very tasty .

    The bathroom faucet was broken/ loose. The TV remote had buttons that didn't work

    Hampton Inn beds are always comfortable, the showers are always nice and I always have professional & friendly staff members

    Staff upon arrival was rude. Stayed in a King Suite and sheets didn't fit the bed and kept coming off. All furniture felt like they were coming apart or ready to break.

    Well, the water heater was out when we were there, but we were given a discount for the inconvenience. Stuff happens and we made it work. I heated 3 cups of water in the microwave and dumped it into the ice bucket and then added cold water to balance out. I have short hair (so I get TERRIBLE bed head) and was able to wash it in the sink. My husband poured it over, I lathered up and then he poured to rinse. The only other thing was the bed was too firm for my liking. I’m accustomed to a Sleep Number bed so that is probably why any other bed is too firm. I would have given this a 10 rather than the 8 had the water heater been working.

    Breakfast was great. Hot omelets, sausage, waffles, bagels, cereal and much more. The staff was awesome. Everyone was extremely friendly. I especially liked Yolanda. We were also impressed with the HONESTY of the housekeeping staff. My husband inadvertently left his cell phone. They found it and called my phone to let us know. We were already two hours away so we told them we would pickup on our way back home (in 8 days). She told us she’d put our name on it and put it somewhere safe. When we returned to pick it up, she had it wrapped up with our name and info on a paper surrounding it. The room was nice as well. Big screen TV and Wi-Fi worked well. All the amenities you can think of.

    Toilet backed up - plunger didn't help. Had to change rooms and then TV didn't work in new room. Hilton would not give us points for the inconvenience because we booked with Booking! Amy compensation from you?!

    Fumes from heater, could not use in 30 degree weather. Men’s 1st floor bathroom closed. Women’s bathroom no water in sink. Exercise room out of order. No antibacterial soap in room. Septic odors in hallway and outside building.

    The breakfast buffet closed early on Thanksgiving morning and the attendant was intentionally shutting it down. When asked she said she was not cooking anything else to throw it away at 9:00 AM. No more coffee was available either.

    Room took 3 hours to warm up!! Hard to rest. Worker gave me new room and that room never got warm for me, do my low blood condition. Use the sink it was stop up. I cleaned it out. Showed the worker.

    When we checked in the lady was not friendly and seemed as if we were bothering her by checking in. She never asked for my ID or debit card. We got to the room and it was a king bed. ( I reserved 2 queen beds) it was me and my husband and our 17 yr old son. So we take all our luggage and go back downstairs. The lady tells me that their computers have been down for 2 days and when it came back up they were over booked. I told her I was sorry but the 3 of us couldn’t share a king bed. She starts typing on her computer and after 3 mins or so she hands me one room key with a number written on the card. Didn’t say a word. When I asked for a second key she just kinda rolled her eyes and made me one. When we got to the room the smoke alarm was making a beeping noise. We waited until we left for dinner and we stopped and told the same lady that it was beeping and the battery probably needed to be changed. She said she would take care of it. When we got back it was still beeping. My husband went back down and was told that the maintenance man wouldn’t be there until the next day. So we had to listen to the beeping all night long. We were at the ball field pretty much all day the next day and when we got back that evening it was still beeping. He went back down to the front desk and the lady told him it had been fixed. He said NO it hasn’t but if he came back from supper if it was still beeping he would take care of it himself. When we got back it had finally been fixed. No one apologized or anything. It was like they didn’t care that we had to listen to that annoying sound.

    The hotel was very clean. It was being remodeled and the room was new. Very nicely decorated and very comfortable. It was located 5 mins from the baseball field and had lots of restaurants close by.
