United StatesThe pool was down and when traveling with 3 kids the pool is VERY important. Kinda screwed the day up because the pool was gonna be the buffer between the day and night events. We went to the museum, went to lunch and then the hotel. Once we checked in we immediately changed and went downstairs to a padlocked pool…..kids were pissed.

United Statestheir ability to work with me with unexpected circumstances. I set my parameters as five people in a room and booking.com offered me two queen beds, and in the photo it looked like there was a sofa bed as well. There was not. The Hampton moved me to a king bed with the sofa, bed, and then added a rollaway. I was so grateful that they were willing to be flexible and make sure that we were well taken care of. The staff are excellent and truly want to make sure that guests are 100% satisfied.

United StatesFacial tissue was minimal in bathroom and the room did not have bedding for sofa bed as previously requested in reservation and verified beforehand by hotel; however, there had been a 4 hour no power outage affecting parts of Walla Walla, so room maintenance was affected. Check in staff was very accommodating and friendly - not so much friendliness upon checkout however - though person was courteous.
Great location, not that far from shopping on Main Street. Food establishments close. Parking great. Loved the warm chocolate chip cookies, chilled citrus enhanced water as well as coffee in the lobby. Had the suite which included King Bed and fold out couch. Breakfast exceeded expectations with a wonderful selection of cereals, breads, sausage/gravy, omelets, sausage patties, oatmeal and all the toppings, and 4 fruit juice selections. Also waffles. Very clean and updated establishment. Highly recommend.
