United StatesThere was construction in the hotel and we didn’t know about it. This should have been on the internet sight so we would have known about it. Lots of different places cordoned off. Not a big inconvenience, however it would have been nice to know about it. The people working the breakfast were very good and amazing. They keep everything good in the breakfast area. Kudos to those two ladies.

United StatesThe only working ice machine was on the fourth floor. At least it was near the elevator. One of the side entrance doors did not work with the electronic key - which is required.
I enjoyed being on the first floor and I think the king suites are just GREAT! Extra coffee was available and that is also a plus.

The staff were very friendly, the breakfasts were incredibly varied with all sorts of options, and overall we just really enjoyed the stay. This was my first time there, and I plan to go back.

United StatesBooking.com said there's a hot tub and that's why I picked this hotel over all the others. Sadly, there's no hot tub! I would have liked to pay less or to have picked a hotel that has more modern decor (ideally no carpet) at other nearby hotels, but this incorrect description swayed me.
The staff were exceptional! I've probably never experienced such kindness and attentiveness from staff at a mid grade hotel. From evening crew to morning crew, they really were wonderful. Breakfast looked great, though I didn't eat. I did enjoy good coffee and cookies in the lobby on check-in. The bed linens were comfortable and the orientation of furniture was a little different but smart. Checkout wasn't until noon.

United StatesThe walls were a bit thin. I could hear the couple next door to me having sex. The new checkout system sucks!! Even the staff hates it. Tried to get my bill split and it was almost impossible. The staff had their IT department on the line and they could not even help. Eventually they fixed it and emailed me the correct receipt. You need to reevaluate this system. its too slow and cumbersome especially when your own IT department cant figure it out.
