Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesMy only complaint was the fire alarm going off at 8am and startling us awake. Luckily it wasn’t anything real and most likely a one time fluke that was out of their control.
We chose to stay here since it was within walking distance to a concert we were seeing. You did have to pay an extra $25 for parking but they did offer valet. They had free breakfast that was pretty decent and with a more realistic time frame than most other hotels.

United States"Hot" breakfast was passable. Although, buffet and dining area were well staffed and maintained. While $25 per night valet parking was something of a perk (splurge?), frequent trips obligated repeated tipping which inflated expense. However, we enjoyed the valets, their service, and never waited for vehicle beyond request time.
Staff was very courteous and attentive. Location could not be better for downtown St. Pete and its bayfront. Room was spacious and clean. Of course, Hampton has the best beds. TV remote was easy to use. Overall, stay was a great value and we look forward to returning.

Amazing hotel in a great location down town st. pete. Still in the hussel and bussel of town, but a quiet street with friendly staff. Valet is $25 per night unlimited access. Great reception area. Prestine rooms and bathrooms. Wonderful water pressure in the shower. Beds were comfortable, breakfast area was very large and several options daily. Couldn't ask for a better hotel experience, worth every penny.
