No hotel restaurant. Parking is kind of weird.

The location was great, we could see the lake from our hotel room! Short walk to a few lakefront restaurants and bars.

The coffee and creamer. The coffee tasted like sludge (100% Arabica, too strong and bitter) and I had to get help from the front desk guy to open the half and half.

Accommodating staff. We knew we might have problems with check in because we were coming from a concert. We had emailed at booking and the night of check-in we realized we would be coming after the official check in time due to traffic. A quick phone call and all was good. The night staff was especially kind.

I liked the first-morning breakfast. But the second, the gravy for biscuits was super salty. And the parking was full one night due to an event and I had to park next door and walk back to the hotel in the dark. Also, I know I got compensated for the parking fees, but I was staying from Friday to Sunday and I shouldn't have to worry if I will have a parking spot at the end of a long dance competition day.

The beds were nice and soft, the room was clean and the bathroom was spacious. Also loved our view. Also, the staff was quick and helpful with the lock issue we had the first night. Thank you for that.

Tighten your toilet seats!!!! Every toilet I sat on the seat was SO loose, I thought I was going to fall off!!!!!

The reception staff were rather unfriendly. The breakfast was very basic, nothing to write home about. They could put more effort in improving this. My room was facing the road and nearby train, so it was noisy.

The hotel and the rooms were kept very clean. The size of the rooms are spacious and the views spectacular, as is the beauty in Seattle.

Room location on 2nd floor look out at block wall. Should have asked for better room hiven price but tired upon arrival after long drive. Paying for parking, Not really easy to walk to The Landing so didn't go while there as time was short. Should indicate you can do laundry on the amenities.

Breakfast options were lacking. Only 1 hot meal option every day - usually some sort of eggs. Meat options limited to sausage which wasn't great. No cold cuts, no hot meat options. Aircon was a bit noisy and sun and blind curtains weren't closing all the way (there still was a gap doesn't matter how hard I tried) - didn't help with trying to go to bed early (8PM).

The gym was quite nice, pool (even if didn't use it) was a good discovery. The location is super convenient for Boeing and Southport offices.

We checked in last minute due to a failed air bnb. We were frazzled and a bit overwhelmed but, Matt the person who checked us in went above and beyond. We had a quick but nice stay.

The staff was not very friendly, they also charged for parking. Which we were not aware of, it was very frustrating that you have to pay for parking and there was no other options. There pool was also not available while we were there, which was a huge bummer.

The hotel was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. The staff was not very friendly, but they gave us some recommendations on where to eat. The location was great not far at all from a fun part of town.

The access to the parking is confusing. A little advanced warning would have been appreciated.

The location is actually pretty good. There is a shopping center a 10 minute walk away. Lots of nice shops and restaurants nearby.
