Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesThe water in the shower was cool (not COLD, but not warm or HOT either) the night we were there, and then the next morning, same thing. But we’re not the type of people to complain. Besides…. After sitting at a Cardinals game in 95 temps, we didn’t need hot water anyway lol! Also. I love that we cold set the temp in the room to 68! And it got to 68 (even though it was 95 outside)! Beds were COMFY!!

United StatesThere was not much we didn't like. I wish there had been more eating and maybe shopping options nearby.
We had an appointment the next morning at the surgery center that was literally just next door, so the location was perfect for us. Our room was very large and comfortable. The friendliness of every member of the staff we encountered was a huge extra bonus. From the moment we entered the door, we were made to feel welcome. Cookies and milk at night was a nice touch, as was the availability of coffee around the clock.

United StatesAt breakfast, we sat next to a gentleman who had just had his car stolen at the front entrance as he went upstairs to get the rest of his things. He was calling his insurance company and the police were there to file a report. This is not an area that I would have expected this kind of thing to happen.
Everything was great for us. Okay, there was only one piece of sausage available when we got our breakfast. But just had to wait a few minutes for more! Also, I didn't realize but I had left a shirt in the closet. They called to let me know. I had the option to have it shipped to me but decided it wasn't worth the $20 shipping fee. ..
