I didn’t like how small the indoor pool was. I also didn’t like the lack of info when checking in. No one introduced themselves. Only 2/4 had name tags. No info on anything about the facility and surrounding areas as well as WiFi nor where everything was located in the hotel. I’d encourage the staff to introduce themselves if possible and present a more hospitable demeanor. As far as the room it was clean for the most part. Minor cosmetic issues. Pillows had large ink spots on the queen bed closest to the door. They were flipped over only showing the clean side. No house keeping service when we checked in because it was late, however I caught a young lady I believe her name was Mariana(I apologize if I misspelled it) the next morning who, when I showed her she quickly changed the pillow cases. Her colleague Luciando was very attentive and wanted to immediately correct the problem.

What I like about this property the most was the location. There was enough around us to eat and shop. It was about 15-20 average travel time to the beach due to constant traffic. Tudor at breakfast was the one who stood out. He was very sweet and helpful. Luciando & Mariana(apologize if I misspelled/ provided the wrong name) both of housekeeping were attentive in helping us get clean pillow cases. The pillow cases we had were largely stained with something blue resembling ink?

The "heated" pool was cold and so was the 24/7 coffee and hot water. These are two things I was looking forward to and such a disappointment 😥

I didn't like that the mattress was sunked in very uncomfortable and for the price charged and the name of the hotel you would think that they would make sure furniture is and beds are comfortable.

People above us was load and jumping until 11:30 at night… NOT THE HOTEL FAULT PEOPLE ARE RUDE!!!!

There really should be directions on exactly how the tv remote works. We did not know how to watch just regular tv stations.

Gabe welcomed us at check in, gave us extra pillows, and even came to our room to help us figure out how to operate the tv. The breakfast was very good, and the breakfast-to-go bags are such a great idea! We liked that you have personal items available - like toothbrushes - in case we forgot to bring them.

This place is so beautiful! As soon as you walk in even the lobby where you eat was huge! Very Beautiful! They even had cheese omelettes! Came here for my birthday surprise! Off season is definitely cheaper! We will be back again.
